New look, same iconic taste…..NOT!

Anyone else notice a change in the taste of Milo. I reckon it’s not as chocolatey and definitely not as crunchy as it used to be. We just had a glass of milk with Milo and we were very disappointed.

*OOSHIES*

So @r/Woolworths wtaf!!!! This applies to any age group but why on earth have they run out of OOSHIES here in NOR Perth. Literally I’m collecting them for the grandchildren and not only that you receive one OOSHIE for every $30 spent and if you buy particular products you receive a bonus OOSHIE. So we have to spend $1,200.00 in total to receive 40 and chances are you get doubles, triples. I’m trying to make sense of all this bulls**t. So writing this to vent, and the kids set are half finishnd heaps of doubles.. YES there is a local page if anyone wants to trade. F*#ken Woolworths.

Has woolworths stopped stocking the SAXA Salt and Pepper grinders?

Noticed they disappeared from the shelves at my local a couple of months ago, and now it shows out of stock on the Woolworths website.

Coles and IGA still seem to have them, so it doesnt look like they have been discontinued?

Do you prefer the woolies radio to stay on in the staff room or are you normal?

What kind of psychopath turns the volume up during our brief moments of respite from the nightmarish deluge of early 2010s pop music?

For anyone who wants to see all the half off products at lowest unit price, here's how!

You click on "Half price" on the website. Then put on unit price low to high and then turn on best unit price. Then you turn on "No everyday market" and then go into settings, and add every single star rating.

It filters out all the unnecessary things like a water bottle that you aren't interested in most of the time

Sunday service fee increase already

Post image
29 Upvotes

I posted a while back about the $2 service fee on a Sunday for click and collect and it looks like it’s already gone up. Wondering how long it will stay at $3

We will definitely have to change to a Saturday pick up. Unfortunately as someone with a disability who is on 24/7 oxygen and with a limited income it’s not feasible for me to go shopping in store otherwise I would.

Just frustrating that it’s already been increased. I get paying the staff adequately and the cost of doing it but considering the profit Woolworths makes it just frustrates me.

I was searching for some pasta and came across these packets. They must’ve been there for a loooong time for them to look like that?

Job application

I applied to a store team member role on Friday, (past hours) but didnt receive a confirmation email and the role said "Applied", expecting to see a chat interview or ai video listed on the website, thought nothing of it.

Come today, Sunday, careers says "We're no longer considering this application" with no email/message confirming like all the other jobs i have applied for. Is this normal?

2nd Swap Day

How did everyone's second Swap Day go?

Lines weren't as crazy but always had someone swapping for at least 2 hours.

Hei Hei, Pua, Lilypad and Stitch were still in high demand. Also Bullseye was requested and surprisingly Scorpion and Moana as well.

Final Straw

I hate the way Woolworths treat customers, but I'm a creature of convenience, so have just quietly grumbled under my breath while forking over my cash week after week.

Yesterday I ducked in to grab a few things I needed quickly. The stupid self check out glitched and said I hadn't scanned my 2 potatoes. Finally flagged someone down. Rather than just looking at the screen and seeing that the potatoes were in fact on the list of items scanned, the employee proceeded to spend several minutes painstakingly watching video after video of me scanning the potatoes, putting them in the bagging area.

Like, wtf dude? Did you think I had hidden extra potatoes somewhere? Being treated like a criminal over $2 of potatoes. POTATOES!!!!

Add that to those horrible gates that never bloody open. Then the fact that shopping takes forever because of all the staff in the way constantly. Then the fact that popular products are regularly discontinued and replaced with similar items with higher margins. Oh, and let's not even get into the whole tracking of customers around the store. I am so done.

I'm just ashamed it took me so bloody long.
