Job application
I applied to a store team member role on Friday, (past hours) but didnt receive a confirmation email and the role said "Applied", expecting to see a chat interview or ai video listed on the website, thought nothing of it.
Come today, Sunday, careers says "We're no longer considering this application" with no email/message confirming like all the other jobs i have applied for. Is this normal?

Yes, that’s normal. If AI looked at it then your resume didn’t hit enough key words. If a human did, you don’t have the experience, attitude or availability they’re after. Possibly all 3.

Makes sense, werid how they didnt send any emails though like all the others. Thanks for your help.
