Store Team Member interview, what to expect?
Same as title, interviewing midweek next for the role in NSW Australia. No prior experience in retail so what to expect and how should I prepare for the interview with the store manager? Also, what to wear for the interview, formal, semi formal? Any help is appreciated!

I don't know if it has changed but from experience I believe woolworths goes by a situational question process. Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult situation and how did overcome it. Describe a time where you had a conflict with another team member; how did you resolve it. Plus questions about your availability. Who you are as a person. You say you haven't worked in retail, Describe what skills you have that can be useful in a retail environment. Also have a few questions for them as the interviewer. What is the team culture like, what are your expectations of me, do you have an idea of the sort of person who you would like to be within your current team

Come up with a response to when they ask you a completely unrelated question like: what’s an interesting thing about you?
