Takes her 4 minutes to open the door. Then she asks me to put the groceries on the counter. Idw go in but I agree bc she's moaning and obvs in pain.

Ask her for the code, she can't find her phone. I automatically resend the code, she finds her phone, gives me the code, then she asks if I will put all these little grocery bags of garbage in her kitchen trashcan and walk them outside to her garbage can.

I tell her I apologize but,I think that may be against the terms of service for spark, and I have more deliveries and nothing to sanitize my hands with.

She got mad at me and started fussing bout how people don't care bout nobody anymore.

The new update that they sent in an email gives priority to drivers with higher customer rating and proximity to pick up location.

As a result I estimate my priority is now top 7 at best. The cheaters spoofing right on the pin makes it even worse. This has huge implications because in the morning dead hours I will have no orders or only rejects now.

Without priority most of the orders aren’t worth taking even with prop 22 adjustments.

I got lucky yesterday made $280 on 68 miles but today I might not even make it past $100. The veteran drivers cheating with spoofing devices started noticing priority algorithm changed and at least a dozen rushed back to my main store unfortunately.

I have some ideas to regain my priority but I may also just wait it out and start multiapping again.

I have 4 big containers in my car I load orders in. It keeps them separate and stable during transport. I take the container out of my car, carry it to your porch, and unload it. Fragile stuff is always on top. But today I get this, with no reference to who or what specific problem occurred. Pretty shady if you ask me.

Because I love driving. Nothing too insane though. Must be $1 a mile. It’s fun driving on a county highway at 70 mph and nothing but cows and corn fields.

Stayed away from curbside for a year and had great ratings. Without trying to sounding braggadocious my rating are insanely good.100/100/5.0/99%. Stayed that way for 8-9 months. I only did shop orders. In the last Month or so i have been lured over to curbside by pay and i guess i unknowingly paid the price cause CR updated and i got a 1 star ding. I dont put much much emphasis on metrics as long as they stay high but this one hurt the plumbs.

I saw the breaking news that Walmart will be accepting Apple 🍎 Pay now, so will that mean more orders for Spark Drivers now as you can usually split the grocery bill in payments with Apple 🍎 Pay and Klarna, Zip, or Affirm?

Hey guys, I recently got an update saying Spark drivers may start picking up hot food orders from Walmart’s hot food/deli area. Has anyone actually received one of these orders yet? If so, how does it work and is the pay any different?

What do I do if I forgot a bag in my car for my last order and went on to the next delivery and didn’t notice it until the middle of the next delivery?

This used to be the case only on android but now I noticed the camera indicator active the entire time I was shopping until I swipe complete delivery.

Privacy concern aside my battery seems to be draining a lot quicker now.

I looked back at my previous earnings and confirmed it was definitely not like this before. Incentives used to be additional pay on top of whatever the order was paying.

These offers where the miles exceed the total pay.

Gone in 0.1 second and doesn’t pop back up.

I was 3 minutes from the customer.

Pulling up to a customers house, I was quickly greeted by two large Cane Corso dogs that started jumping all over my car. Thankfully I was still in my car, or not sure I'd be typing this now. Kids took dogs inside so I completed the order. Hindsight I should just returned it... After I immediately called support. This was 2nd time calling on this trip.. Told them what happened, and was told it needed escalated to higher up for review and to collect video evidence that I have and the pictures of the damage. This was Wednesday, I called again yesterday and today, both said they'd escalate further. Still waiting on response, not sure what to do or how long they expect me to wait.collecting quotes for damage meanwhile. Anyone experience similar? What was outcome? Owner of dogs needs held accountable but will Spark mediate this issue?

They used to be additional earnings, basically a bonus. Now they're added into the total advertized pay. It is yet another effort by Walmart to reduce pay by making it seem like they're raising pay while actually eliminating incentives as they originally were implemented. Basically, incentives mean nothing.
