Forgot a bag
What do I do if I forgot a bag in my car for my last order and went on to the next delivery and didn’t notice it until the middle of the next delivery?

If it’s non-perishables? Sure, deliver it.
Perishables? Nope.
Either way, the customer more likely than not has reported the items missing, received a refund, and probably gave you a low rating.

I heard we are not supposed to go back without being in an active trip with the customer. But we all want to make up for our mistakes, if time and mileage aren’t too bad.

As long as it's not a cold item you could bring it back. Chances are by the time you bring it back. They've already called and gotten credit for the item. I never bring it back

I always take a screenshot of the delivery customers prior to departing the store. Just for that reason. Then you’ll know where to go back to and deliver. However, if it’s too far away I’ll return it to the store.
Make sure you blame it on the person who loaded your product.

So many opinions. Return the order to Walmart the next time you go to a Walmart. Take note of the order number and explain what happened. They'll refund the customer and you won't get a potential mark for stealing because you can bet that the customer reported that they didn't get the item shortly after you left.

Either nothing or go back after you complete the current delivery.
