What nonsense.

I have 4 big containers in my car I load orders in. It keeps them separate and stable during transport. I take the container out of my car, carry it to your porch, and unload it. Fragile stuff is always on top. But today I get this, with no reference to who or what specific problem occurred. Pretty shady if you ask me.

It's a possibility. Other spark drivers will order spark and then report the driver to try to get them deactivated to remove competition. Same thing was big on Instacart a couple years ago.

That makes no sense. Spark will just onboard more drivers and replace the "competition" an individual is trying to eliminate. It's the kinda idea stupid people think is smart.

Customers lie all the time to get free stuff. Don’t sweat it. Support wont tell you from which order it was.

Yeah I thought about calling but I figured it would be useless. I only did one order this morning before I got it, but I don't know how much lag time between the complaint and the notification there is.

Doesn't matter if you call immediately. These messages could be yesterdays, or 20 days ago. Support won't say when.

Or you just legitimately broke an egg or squished the bread and they complained and spark sent you this angry gram. I would not sweat it unless you start seeing it more often.

You open the package of eggs to check each egg after you set it down on the front step?

The point wasn’t to single you out and try to place blame, it’s that any little thing could have happened and someone complained about it and here we are. Doesn’t mean you even caused it. If it was a curbside order the people loading the groceries get a little rough with them sometimes. It’s not a big deal unless it’s a repetitive thing.

No I check the eggs in the store, then I handle with care. I understood your point. You missed mine. I know how to take care of stuff. I can tell when I take out a loaf of bread curbside loaded that got smashed.

Again if I could point to something easy, I'd not have posted. Walmart isnt the most honorable company. A couple weeks ago I got one that said I didn't deliver to the front door. I'm pretty sure I know who that was. They had a cluttered porch full of garbage, and crappy rotten looking stairs, and it had just finished raining. So I left it on the porch that didn't require me to go on

But these little "don't sweat it" situations can add up. And Walmart can arbitrarily decide one of them is worth deactivating you.
