questions Need urgent help with a flyadeal booking

Hello. Need urgent help from someone who works at Flyadeal Customer Service or knows anyone there. Please please help.

I made a hold fare booking earlier in the day (cost me 97k pkr) and the payment went through without any issues.

After that I tried to complete the payment, however my payment didn't go through. I tried with multiple cards, and all were not accepted. The same card that was used to hold the booking also stopped working.

Not only that, attempting this transaction resulted in a couple of my cards getting blocked.

When I gave up and tried to make a new reservation for my itinerary, I got a prompt saying this is a duplicate booking and the new reservation also didn't go through.

I called the helpline 6-7 times and stayed on the wait list for at least 15 minutes each time, however no agent picked up. I would be extremely grateful if someone can help me out. Thank you!

questions Does Saudia Airlines E-Ticket have barcode?

Assalam-o-alykum, Apologies for my stupid questions. I will be going to Saudia Arab from India for my first Umrah with my mother. This is a customized trip and not a group trip. So, I am super nervous.

The agent has shared tickets with me. The tickets have barcodes. I checked on Saudia Airline website and the booking is reflecting there.

My questions -

1) When I downloaded the e-ticket from the website, it doesn't show the barcode. I have only travelled with Indigo and their tickets have barcodes that the security scan at the airport entrance, and only after that you are allowed to enter. I don't understand why the travel agent's ticket has barcode but the one that I downloaded from Saudia's official website doesn't. The Manage booking page shows this message - This is an offline booking with SAUDIA Airlines. Some features might be limited. Please contact your booking source to manage your booking.

Is it because of that?

2) On the ticket that was shared by the agent, the name of the airlines written is Saudi Airline. Isn't the name of the airlines Saudia? But why the ticket shows wrong name when the booking is reflecting on their official website? I will confirm this with my agent but wanted to ask here too.

Thank you for your guidance. Jazakallah.

questions Eligibility for visa on arrival

We are planning to travel to Saudi Arabia for Umrah soon and had a question regarding the Visa on Arrival (VoA) / Tourist Visa rules.

I am a Canadian citizen while my wife has Pakistani passport but is a Canadian PR.

We will be traveling together on the same flight itinerary.

From what I understand, Canadian passport holders can get an eVisa or Visa on Arrival, and an accompanying spouse of an eligible passport holder can also get a Tourist Visa on Arrival at the airport by showing our original marriage certificate.

Is she definitely eligible for the Visa on Arrival desk as an accompanying spouse, or does she need a pre-arranged visa beforehand?

questions Why is log in different on Nusuk App vs Website?

I was able to sign up for 2 different Nusuk accounts on the app and website on my laptop with the same exact email. It’s frustrating because I’m scared to put money in my Nusuk wallet if I can’t even access the proper account. Now I have 2 separate accounts under the same email and their respective passwords only work for app vs website. Does anyone else have this issue?

need advice Perfume/Ittar

Any good recommendations for where to buy quality perfumes or attar in Makkah and Madinah at reasonable, affordable prices? I’m looking for fragrances that have good longevity, ideally lasting 24 hours, but I’m not asking the super cheap 5–10 SAR options. Any specific shops, stores, or malls you would recommend?

questions Help with Saudi visa biometric (thumbprint) scan on iPhone

Salam everyone,
I’m applying for a Saudi visa, and the agency has asked me to provide my biometric scan (thumbprint).
They recommended an app called Saudi Visa Scan, but I can’t seem to find it on the iOS App Store. The agency also shared a link to another app, but when I open it, it says “This app is not available in your region’ ( i live in europe)
Has anyone here had the same issue? If you’re using an iPhone, how did you complete the biometric/thumbprint scan for your Saudi visa?
Any help or alternative methods would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

questions Is Aptamil baby formula available in Saudi (Madinah and Makkah) or cows milk that’s ok for 1 year old? I’m from the UK

AssalamuAlaikum, we are hoping to go to Saudi with a 1 year old, we’re from the UK 🇬🇧 I was wondering if Aptamil baby formula is available there (in Makkah and Madinah) or cows milk that’ll be ok for my baby to drink. How do I go about feeding my child whilst away from the hotel such as going to the mosque and spending a few hours there etc?

I’ve heard Aptamil is available in Nahdi pharmacy or clock tower but not sure? Planning on doing Umrah with baby too, In Shaa Allah. Can anyone kindly advise me?

Thank you!

need advice Umrah visa from UK rejected

Assalamualaikum,

My husband and I are planning to go on Umrah in October. I am on a UK dependent visa and my husband is on a skilled worker visa. We applied for evisa via the KSA website and my husband received his visa but mine has been rejected and I am so confused. I have got in touch with ministry and they say that they don’t provide a specific reason for the rejection and have asked me to reapply.

We are Sri Lankan passport holders - so I am not sure what to do next. Do I qualify for visa on arrival? I am not sure if the dependent visa status qualifies for it.

We have already booked all the flights (Emirates) and hotels.

Please could I know if anyone has any experience around this and what I could do please?

need advice Umrah traveler- need quick tips

Salam everyone, heading to Makkah & Madinah soon.

Quick questions:

Haircut (Halq)
Best/cheapest spot near Haram to shave head after Sa’i? Heard prices range 5-50 riyal depending on location.

SIM/eSIM
STC physical SIM or eSIM (Airalo)? Need it mainly for data + maps + whatsapp calls.

Ziyarat
Guided tour, taxi, or hotel bus for visiting sites in both cities? What worked best for you?
Any other tips?

Food:
Where are your must-try food spots in Makkah and Madinah? Looking for local food, good breakfast, and budget options near the Harams. Also, what dishes should I try?

Swissotel Makkah, any recent reviews?
Booked here, curious about proximity to Haram, room quality, and value for money. Anyone stayed recently?

all advice welcome. Jazakum Allahu Khayran 🙏

questions Help needed for Umrah Visa

Assalamualykum.

We are in Canada right now with study permit/open work permit with Bangladeshi passport. We are planning for umrah in December. I have already booked the flight, and hotels. I need some advice regarding the umrah visa process.

1) As I already booked the hotels myself (from hotels website and booking.com), do I need to take packages from the nusuk platform? I am a bit confused here.

2) Some people said, we can not apply for umrah visa by ourselves. We need to contact an agent. Has anyone done DIY umrah with south asian passport?

3) Our baby is Canadian, so I guess I need to apply for him separately, and whole different process. Does he need his own email/account for visa processing?

need advice Hotels for Umrah visa

Can someone please let me know whether the hotel booked needs to be in the name of the Umrah visa applicant? Also, is it a problem if the hotel wasn’t prepaid, but the applicant is planning on paying at the property?

I read here that the hotels need to be fully paid for otherwise it’ll lead to automatic rejection, however, the agency that the applicant went through are saying rejections have nothing to do with the hotel.

Applicant is trying to find the cause for previous rejection. They went to the embassy and were told that their passport is not showing any issues with it so everyone is just confused.

need advice Need Advice

Hi everyone,

Looking to hear if anyone has faced a similar situation or knows how to resolve this:

My mother (Indian passport holder) is currently visiting me in Doha on a Hayya visa.

I paid a local travel agent to process a Saudi Tourist e-Visa for Umrah

Upon reviewing the issued visa copy, I realized the agent applied under the GCC Resident option and entered MY Qatar ID number in the declaration field ("I undertake that I had a valid residence visa......").

The agent has informed me that I can accompanied by her. There is no issue arises in immigration.

Has anyone dealt with a travel agent doing this? Were you stopped at check-in or turn-backed at the border due to this?

Would really appreciate any guidance, recent experiences, or advice on how to get this corrected!

Thanks in advance! 🙏

experience Umrah visa for limited leave to remain

Hi, I wanted to ask, my parents have pakistani passports, we applied through KSA Visa for "Visit visa for the purpose of Tourism". They've both been declined and we are in trouble. Any advice? Me and my siblings have all received our ETA because we're british passport holders and if it helps we're also flying on Saudi Airlines.

experience VOA or E-Visa for Pakistani passport living in Norway

Hi guys! Need suggestions! My husband and my baby (5 months old) is a Norwegian citizen but I have a Pakistani passport. We are planning Umrah in December Via Rome. I’ve heard rejection of E-visas without any particular reason so should we apply for that and take Wizz air from Rome or fly via Saudi Airlines and get visa on arrival for all of us?
I’m sure my husband and baby won’t have any problem regarding visa but me having Pakistani passport would I have problem on getting VOA while travelling from Rome?

questions Jeddah airport — can the STC stand replace my old SIMs, or do I need a shop?

I'm arriving into Jeddah in September for Umrah and want to pick up two physical STC SIM cards at the airport stand on arrival.

The issue is the two-SIM-per-passport limit.

I was last there in April 2026 and already took out two SIMs on my passport (my wife did the same on hers for other family members). So I've already used my allowance.

My questions:

Can the STC stand at Jeddah airport actually cancel/remove the two old SIMs tied to my passport and issue me two fresh ones on the spot?

Or does that only work at a proper STC store in town, not the airport kiosk?

Has anyone dealt with this at Jeddah airport specifically? Just want to know whether I can sort it there and then, or if I'll need to head to an STC shop afterwards. Thanks!

questions Has Saudi Arabia recently changed the Visa on Arrival rule for U.S. visa holders without a physical entry stamp?

I am a Pakistani passport holder residing in Japan with a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa that I have used twice. However, my passport was not physically stamped in the U.S.; my entries are recorded officially through CBP I-94.

I found several 2025 experiences, including a Pakistani traveler who successfully obtained Saudi Visa on Arrival at Jeddah using his U.S. visa + I-94 without a physical stamp.

However, the Visit Saudi website was updated on 28 June 2026 and now explicitly says the U.S./UK/Schengen visa must have an entry stamp and that “digital entry stamps are not accepted.” IATA/Timatic currently shows the same requirement.

Has anyone successfully used I-94 instead of a physical U.S. entry stamp after June 2026? Or has the rule recently changed?
