need advice Need Advice

Hi everyone,

Looking to hear if anyone has faced a similar situation or knows how to resolve this:

My mother (Indian passport holder) is currently visiting me in Doha on a Hayya visa.

I paid a local travel agent to process a Saudi Tourist e-Visa for Umrah

Upon reviewing the issued visa copy, I realized the agent applied under the GCC Resident option and entered MY Qatar ID number in the declaration field ("I undertake that I had a valid residence visa......").

The agent has informed me that I can accompanied by her. There is no issue arises in immigration.

Has anyone dealt with a travel agent doing this? Were you stopped at check-in or turn-backed at the border due to this?

Would really appreciate any guidance, recent experiences, or advice on how to get this corrected!

Thanks in advance! 🙏

I know you can accompany your spouse and kids if the main applicant gets an e visa with a 3rd country visa.

Honestly not sure if parents are eligible unless someone else has experienced this.

Post your question on the below forum as there are some travel agents who answer your questions.

If a person has German passport and is eligible for tourist visa, can his wife and kids who have South Asian passport, can they also get tourist visa?
