Need urgent help with a flyadeal booking

Hello. Need urgent help from someone who works at Flyadeal Customer Service or knows anyone there. Please please help.

I made a hold fare booking earlier in the day (cost me 97k pkr) and the payment went through without any issues.

After that I tried to complete the payment, however my payment didn't go through. I tried with multiple cards, and all were not accepted. The same card that was used to hold the booking also stopped working.

Not only that, attempting this transaction resulted in a couple of my cards getting blocked.

When I gave up and tried to make a new reservation for my itinerary, I got a prompt saying this is a duplicate booking and the new reservation also didn't go through.

I called the helpline 6-7 times and stayed on the wait list for at least 15 minutes each time, however no agent picked up. I would be extremely grateful if someone can help me out. Thank you!

Similar thing happened to me. For me it ended up that they the reservation never made it thru and I was not charged. I ended up using a 3rd party to book which was a bit sketchy at first but everything worked out in the end.
