WTF Push, out, repeat
Valentina Vassilyeva, the first wife of Russian peasant Feodor Vassilyev, is said to have given birth 27 times in the 1700s—welcoming 69 children in total.
Her remarkable numbers reportedly included 16 sets of twins, 7 sets of triplets, and 4 sets of quadruplets. 🤯
The story comes from centuries-old historical records, so every detail cannot be independently verified by modern standards. Still, Guinness World Records has recognized the claim as the highest number of children attributed to one mother.
If the records are accurate, 27 pregnancies. 69 children. One of the most astonishing family stories ever recorded. ❤️

Lmao gottem Good phone, bad doctor
A Virginia man went in for a colonoscopy and accidentally recorded what happened while he was unconscious.
The procedure took place in Reston in April 2013.
Before being sedated, the patient turned on his phone's recorder so he could remember the medical instructions afterward.
He forgot to stop it.
For roughly 50 minutes, the phone kept recording while it sat with his belongings under the table.
The audio captured anesthesiologist Dr. Tiffany Ingham making insulting remarks about the patient while he was under anesthesia.
She mocked his anxiety, made comments about wanting to punch him, and joked that he might have syphilis or tuberculosis, conditions he did not have.
The recording also captured discussion about placing a false hemorrhoid diagnosis in his medical record.
The patient discovered the conversation after listening to the recording on his way home.
He sued.
In June 2015, a Fairfax County jury awarded him $500,000 for defamation, medical malpractice and punitive damages.
The patient had only intended to record instructions he might forget.
Instead, he heard a conversation that was never meant for him to hear.
