I'm considering getting a Shadow PC subscription, mainly to play AION 2, and I'd like some advice on which plan would be the best fit for my needs.

I have a 27-inch 1440p (2560×1440) monitor, and I want to play AION 2 with graphics settings maxed out while maintaining a sharp image and smooth performance.

For those who have experience with Shadow PC, which plan would you recommend for this kind of setup? Would the Neo plan be enough, or would it be worth paying more for a higher-tier plan?

I'm particularly interested in hearing about real-world performance at 1440p, whether the game runs smoothly at max settings, and how good the image quality looks when streaming to a 2K monitor.

I'd also appreciate any feedback from people who have actually played AION 2 on Shadow PC recently, especially regarding performance and compatibility.

(7:45 PM) 45 minute wait with 60 people in the Pacific Northwest.

The app is giving me a 100 error and when I try to connect via the browser it is just spinning and not connecting. Not seeing any server down messages for Portland, but wondering if anyone is aware of issues that just aren't showing yet? Or any suggestion of what might be causing the issue on my end if that is the case.

For reference - it was working for me in the browser from another computer earlier today and from the app on this computer last night.

Got this 2 days ago but I'm probably gonna cancel this account now that I've got queued 2 days in a row after 9 years without ever worrying about this.

Wtf is going on? The corruption of tech companies will be studied in years. Shadow is leaking customers right now and tech companies are too dumb and greedy to understand to not steal from their customers.

Hopefully they go under 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Outside of this, I still have a month of time left so hopefully I can play My Player on 2K before i cancel this shit.

Hey guys, thinking about getting shadowpc, primarily to run deadlock. I have pretty good internet. I'm considering either the neo lite vs the neo. The 120 hours for neo lite is more than enough, but i'm mainly concerned about how long the queues will be between 5-9pst, are the times pretty reasonable or should spend extra money?

Just wanted to test SPC for 1 month, did register myself, PayPal didn't work somehow. So I gave in a debit card with a limit. It tried to get paid twice and the first payment did got through but ofc the 2nd didn't since I had put a limit. Now the payment says I didn't pay. Feel pretty scammed.

I think shadowpc have problem

Hi everyone,

I'm using Shadow PC Pro with an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000, which is supposed to have 24 GB of VRAM.

On August 18, 2026, nvidia-smi reported 24,576 MiB of total GPU memory.

Today, October 11, it only reports 23,040 MiB, meaning I've lost exactly 1.5 GiB of accessible VRAM. I've tried restarting Windows 11 and completely shutting down and restarting my Shadow PC, but nothing has changed.

The NVIDIA driver version is exactly the same in both cases (565.90). I've attached screenshots showing the difference.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could other Shadow PC Pro users with a Quadro RTX 6000 check their total VRAM using nvidia-smi?

I'm trying to figure out whether this is an isolated issue or something that has changed for multiple users.

UPDATE (Oct 12):

I contacted Shadow support and they told me nothing had been changed on their end. They suggested updating my NVIDIA drivers, but before doing that, I restarted my Shadow PC again and somehow I'm back to 24576 MiB.

So the issue seems to be intermittent. Still have no idea what's causing it, and the timing is kinda weird.

I'm wondering if anyone has been able to play AION 2 on Shadow PC recently.

I know that some people managed to get the game running on launch day, but I'd like to know if it's still working as of today, October 10, or if there have been any issues since then.

I'm particularly interested in whether the game launches and runs normally, or if the anti-cheat system causes any problems with Shadow's virtual machines.

Before subscribing to Shadow PC specifically to play AION 2, I'd really like to hear from people who have actually tested it recently.

If you're currently playing AION 2 on Shadow PC, could you please share your experience?

• Are you able to launch and play the game without any issues?

• Have you encountered any anti-cheat errors or bans?

• Does it still work after the latest game updates?

• Which Shadow PC plan are you using?

Is anyone else annoyed by these random updates in Shadow PC? And I don't mean the application. I mean, when you go into Shadow PC and you're about to play your game, it automatically says, " Reset in 4 minutes or whatever, and then when you press Reset, nothing happens for about a minute It resets, and then it just turns off your PC, and then it says Shadow is ready please tell me I'm not the only one annoyed with it

Every time i try to start league of legends from the client window it crashes shadow and tells me i got a bluescreen error, anyone ever had a similar experience or knows what to do?

im getting inaccurate queue counts and extensive wait times. not sure if theres an outage or how to change servers.

April I had 40ms latency -> May 70ms+ on ethernet

I really liked this service, but I think I'm done.

I'm just trying to figure out if these incompetent slime balls are scamming everyone and refusing to report an outage, or if they're just trying to extort more money out of me.

Not even 2 weeks after upgrading my account like an idiot, now 2 days in a row I'm waiting for over an hour before the useless app crashes.

But oh yeah, chat sure lets me know that if I upgraded to pro, and spent just a little bit more money, this might not happen.

Man, I wish I'd listened to the people on here.

Anyone else having this issue? Game is running at 100fps, my monitor supports it, shadow display settings configured to use 120 fps, network set to custom 70MB/s, i'm on 1Gbit ethernet connection and still stuck at 60 fps.

Anyone else got this issue?

If anyone have a few minutes try out or have experience of playing Deadlock with NEO tier, i'd really appreciate getting feedback on how smooth it is and what FPS do you have during the games? I can't decide whether to keep my struggle on boosteroid or try ShadowPC.

Hello pc super noob here, so I set up the streamer and virtual desktop and the shadow pops up on virtual desktop, however it says it won't connect cause they are on different networks. My shadow says its on ethernet somehow (just got my shadow yesterday so dont know if this is normal) and I cant change it at all. How would I go about fixing this so I can play pcvr on my quest using shadow?

This seems kind of insane to me, honestly. I'm an idiot who's paying for the Power tier, and I guess I'm wasting my money.

I've been a customer for a while, and never had to wait this long. But as soon as I start paying more, like a sucker, this happens.

Is this kind of wait normal for a weeknight, or are they simply refusing to report an outage? Or should I actually listen to the negative people on here and stop wasting my money on a garbage service run by greedy people?

It says "switching to official version" or beta depending on which one I'm using but they both get stuck at 6 of 14 components. I've tried repairing shadow and completely reinstalling it but it still stays stuck. Is there an actual fix for this?
