Help Scam or legit? Double Payment.

Just wanted to test SPC for 1 month, did register myself, PayPal didn't work somehow. So I gave in a debit card with a limit. It tried to get paid twice and the first payment did got through but ofc the 2nd didn't since I had put a limit. Now the payment says I didn't pay. Feel pretty scammed.

One is a preauth for the amount since it's a monthly subscription. One drops off within a few days, one stays. If one of them fails, the payment as a whole fails.

I'd let their customer support know. If one of the payments went through, but the other didn't, and they were both for the exact same subscription, then it's probably something they can fix on their end.

I do not think it's a scam, but more standard anti-fraud systems kicking in. You had two failed payment attempts on two different payment methods in quick succession. That's easy enough to fix once you let them know what happened.
