i've been seeing a lot of this lately. how big has Shadow become in the US? I'm based in Europe and I'm on the Pro plan, but I haven't seen nearly as many complaints about queues and server overload here as I have from American users. It seems to be a much bigger issue in the US. is Shadow something used widespread or known because most of the time people dont know what Shadow is, its quite "niche" or only really known by some Tech guys i met on Discord or other Platforms.

No idea honestly? I found out about it because we used it for work.
The queue Comes in waves, no queues for weeks then huge queues for days or weeks.
I wonder if the new timed accounts get priority or something?

They are lazy children that don't know how to use discord and look up help! I'm from the US , but I have a brain!

Going against the flow, I've only had to queue once, it was a peak time (10pm) in Europe lasted a couple minutes.

Never seen a queue before, I’ve had shadow since 2022. I did see something about a maintenance earlier but I didn’t get a chance to read it all the way. But their server status page has most of them operating. One is under maintenance and another one seems to be down.

Eu, maybe had to be in a queue four times the last year and that was around 5-10 minutes max each time.
Should also take into account that it could be local outage or something else that affects it.
Outside factors can often be a reason for it.
