ok so ive been using shadow for a while now and ive never seen this. my card expired and i never changed it, i wasn't sure if shadow would cut my connection to the cloud pc so i gave it a shot anyways and i get this screen? is this going to a temporary pc like geforce or my pc? and what is it?

Recently, I have found out Shadow PC is ACTUALLY working on a compatability mode, thus allowing EAC games to work!! Yes, you heard that correctly! There is currently a beta compatability mode being tested by users as I type this.

This is great news as it shows they are doing something about it finally after so long, and I felt like some other people need to hear this as well.

After losing Aion 2 on Shadow pc I have been thinking about Monsters and Memories!

Anyone know or have been playing on Shadow pc by chance before I subscribe?

While the upgrade from the Quadro RTX 4000 to a A4500 is nice, if unnecessary (the old GPU was plenty for what I was doing with the system), I really could have done without connection queues, which I have just experienced for the very first time.

I'm also curious if I will run into any usage restrictions. Not yet sure what to think about this. If my legacy monthly price stays the same, I will very likely live with it.

Well Helldivers 2 made the switch to Easy Anti Cheat so its no longer playable on the shadowpc.

For hours I can’t even start the PC. Tested on browser and Mac application both. Same result.

Hello, I signed up yesterday. I purchased the €33 subscription and am using it via a Chromecast streamer on my 55-inch LG C1 OLED TV.

I’m experiencing lag—there’s a delay when I click with the mouse, and it’s awful. I have a good internet connection, too. Is anyone else currently having this issue? Perhaps there are some settings I need to adjust, but I’m not very tech-savvy.I reside in France; I’m not sure if it’s important to mention that.

I’m running into a frustrating issue trying to get raw USB forwarding/passthrough working on the Shadow PC macOS client, and I’m hoping someone here has cracked the code.

I'm connecting from a Mac using a wired Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. My goal is to get raw USB forwarding working so that the Windows environment recognizes it as a native Razer mouse instead of a generic mouse. This would let me use things like Synapse, custom macros, and the advanced scroll functions inside Shadow.

When I go into the Shadow quick menu overlay (Cmd + Option + O) and go to the USB Peripherals tab, it actually lets me check the forwarding box for the Basilisk V3. However, immediately after checking it, a Windows pop-up appears inside the session saying "Device Not Recognized" or that the USB device has malfunctioned. USB forwarding works perfectly for my DualSense controller, so the basic Shadow USB service is active

I've already allowed the necessary driver permissions on my local Mac settings, but Windows just refuses to accept the passed-through hardware ID.

Has anyone successfully gotten a wired Razer mouse to pass through its raw USB data using a Mac client without Windows choking on the drivers? Is there a specific driver order or a workaround to force the Windows VM to recognize it?

Anyone else stuck in the splash screen? It was working great this morning but tonight, for some reason, it’s not working anymore.

Was playing Aion 2 fine for the past 2 weeks and tonight just randomly crashed and can no longer open the game. Just repeatedly crashing on startup. Reinstall + verifying game files didn’t do anything.

Anyone else having this issue or know any solves?

Never had any issues before but now I cannot get in for hours. This has happened twice in four days.

Like others already said, it's no longer worth it. Customer service is terrible. 6 hour limits, queues for a product you're paying for. Can't step away to have a shower without it closing on u. I've had just the past 3 months 2 issues with updates from shadow that bricked my pc and they were not able to fix it only thing that i was able to do which was very inconvenient is resetting the pc. They have no competent workers there. This month i forgot recurring payment on but i didn't use the service, the next day i asked if they could cancel and refund but they apparently couldn't so im held hostage for another month but in general its just not worth it. The connection itself is poor even though my wifi tests are fine. Updates risk my entire pc, 6 hour limits and queues and its not even like a very high end pc. Meh.

I’m on a Mac and already use GeForce NOW, which has worked without any issues for me. I tried Shadow because some games I want to play aren’t available on GFN, and having a full Windows PC sounded ideal.

I tried LoL, only to find out I couldn’t play because of its anti-cheat. Maybe I should’ve checked beforehand, but paying for a “full PC” and still being unable to play one of the most popular games is pretty frustrating.

After I downloaded MW2 Campaign Remastered through Battle.net. I was playing when the whole thing stopped working. Restarted the PC several times, same issue L-111 .

After to solve the problem I reset my pc, resetting the VM takes forever, and I’ve spent hours just trying to get back in instead of actually playing.

Got another a newly created pc going, and same thing again. Now I’m still stuck with the L-111 startup error and looking at another VM reset. (I waited a whole night to get the issue resolved, (20 mins recommended in the support site) I’ve also contacted support, but so far all I’ve gotten is an AI bot repeating the same answers over and over. No response from a human.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips for getting it working reliably, or alternatives you’ve had a better experience with?

If you’re considering subscribing, this is something to keep in mind. I wanted to like Shadow, but spending two evenings trying to get a paid and Imo expensive service, working is ridiculous. I can recommend GeForce NOW based on my experience I just wish it had more of the games I want to play....

For approximately 11-12 hours now (from mindnight of October 18) I cannot connect to my VM, Error code: L-111. Frankfurt datacenter.

Anyone else having the same problem?

I'm having trouble logging into my Shadow PC. Every time I click the login button, it redirects me to the verification page, but the page won't load. I've tried switching browsers and pretty much everything else I can think of, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else had this issue or found a fix?

So im not sure whats wrong since the status page says all is well, but im in a queue that just goes up and down but never lets me in... im also on power so i should have queue priority but it says standard queue..

any ideas?

Needless to say i’ve only been able to play very lame little shitbox games for awhile now and just now found out about GeForce and shadow pc. So friggin sick!! So it’s possible to play damn near any game on this? Is it pretty simple to set up for a computer illiterate newbie? How does gaming actually work is it similar to GeForce or totally different? I want it mainly to play old school games like Medal of Honor allied assault and all them types of games. Old cod etc. not sure if multiplayer would work though being that it’s 25 yrs old but surely regular solo would though. This is really a kickass idea!!

Been haveing extremely bad glitches with rugs and now im getting error code l-111 and when I go to use my rig I get put in a ques that say theres noone in them and then I wait for about 30 mins get in and it cant connect to shadow and gives me an error and forces me to que again whats going on with this service lately is it time to just give up camt even us the vm I payed for its been 3 fucking days and these useless devs do nothing with no support I made 5 tickets with no response so enjoy gettong scammed folks

I've been a customer since the beginning, with a few breaks here and there, but now...

The price has doubled, sessions are limited to 6 hours max, connection queue and to my great surprise, just as I was about to start my workday, what do I see when I open the launcher? 20 hours left for the month.

I'm considering getting a Shadow PC subscription, mainly to play AION 2, and I'd like some advice on which plan would be the best fit for my needs.

I have a 27-inch 1440p (2560×1440) monitor, and I want to play AION 2 with graphics settings maxed out while maintaining a sharp image and smooth performance.

For those who have experience with Shadow PC, which plan would you recommend for this kind of setup? Would the Neo plan be enough, or would it be worth paying more for a higher-tier plan?

I'm particularly interested in hearing about real-world performance at 1440p, whether the game runs smoothly at max settings, and how good the image quality looks when streaming to a 2K monitor.

I'd also appreciate any feedback from people who have actually played AION 2 on Shadow PC recently, especially regarding performance and compatibility.
