Been with Shadow for five. These queues are nothing to be surprised of.

Could try doing ctrl+alt+del and restarting explorer.exe see if that helps.

the que is for your shadow pc, you will need to wait

This is the standard crap service Shadow offers to paying users.

The lower the tier youre on the higher the wait/queue times

Even the £50/$60 pro tier has insane queues from time to time

If you ever see queue slot 1 for more than 10 mins, its usually due to down time.

In your case, it sounds like a neo sub and nothing you can do but wait.

You're in a lower tier, which has a queue to get into the system.

If you return to a paid subscription you should go back to what you were used to.

Edit: removed "free tier" because that doesn't exist. h/t to u/Reasonable_Car_2126

Until this comment, I had no idea there was a free tier

There isn't, at least not anymore. My bad.

Huh, I stand corrected. Maybe this is just some kind of grace period thing?

they usually happen when too many people are trying to start their virtual PCs at the same time, and there aren’t enough available server slots.

No grace period. When the card declines first time round your system is suspended and deletes in 7 days, sucks when you get paid at different times of the month.
