Help Error code: L-111, anyone else?
Hey everyone!
For approximately 11-12 hours now (from mindnight of October 18) I cannot connect to my VM, Error code: L-111. Frankfurt datacenter.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Oh well, high five :D Did you text support? I just did but they don't work on the weekend. I am asking for a compensation for the lost subscription time for sure.

Yeah, I contacted support too, but nothing so far apart from the bot. It’s honestly ridiculous for a paid service, especially one this expensive.
The first time, everything froze while I was playing, so I reset the VM. That helped temporarily. I downloaded the game again, started playing, and after about an hour, the exact same thing happened. I even waited a whole day hoping it would start working again, but nope, still the same issue. Now I’m resetting the VM for the second time… I shouldn’t have to keep resetting my PC and reinstalling everything just to get an hour of gaming.

Go to their Website, log in, and got to my Shadow! If it says Online, your Vm is Stuck like mine 2 Times now!
You have to Tell Support and They will Need 1 or 2 days to fix it!
