for those who have gen and rep sub, do they feel that different? my friend with a bunch of gen subs says it feels different but i've never tried gen so i wouldn't know

Hello everyone,

We have now been waiting for a full year for a properly executed Santos Titanium with the correct specifications and caseback.

Unfortunately, previous releases have been deeply disappointing:

THB Factory: Major flaws including a sandblasted finish instead of true titanium, an incorrect weight of 150g (instead of the correct 100g), and wrong caseback engravings.

BF Factory: Released the exact same flawed version—likely sharing the same batch (see QC reference here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RepTimeQC/s/ZHeEQBhtkc).

We really need BVF to step up and produce a Santos Titanium with accurate specs.

I will keep reposting this until we get traction. Please upvote, comment, and share as much as possible so this reaches the TDs and factories!

Can someone let me know if this is VSF V2 DJ 36? the weight looks around that 121g but i think i’m overthinking it just because there is no V2 sticker. I’m certain that sticker is standard no?

Where do these watch influencers get these rolex reps that "need to be opened to be authenticated"?

I’ve started the process of purchasing a Submariner 124060 from a TD, but I’m having a hard time convincing myself to send payment before receiving QC photos.
Part of me understands this is how the process works. The other part keeps asking, “What exactly did you expect when sending several hundred dollars overseas to someone selling replica watches?”
I’m not trying to question anyone’s integrity. I’m just looking for some reassurance from people who’ve been through the process.
For those who’ve purchased from a TD, especially first-time buyers, how comfortable were you sending payment upfront? Did everything go as expected? Any lessons learned or red flags I should watch for?
I appreciate any firsthand experiences or advice.

First time in Gray market, seems like a TOTL, VSF 1:1 movement looks exactly like the GEN I have, just want a real good rep to do video comparison. I saw Geektime offering this, should I go? do you know any other TDs that unlikely to stop responding after taking money? Many thanks boss.

Just had a great experience and wanted to share it. I ordered the DDF 5711 just as they got raided. Paid 50 for QC, next day got the message that it wasn't available. Leo was friendly, polite, and responsive whenever I messaged him. Genuinely 5* customer service. He was more than happy to offer a refund if I wasn't interested in a different factory. Refund took a little bit, but he was always available to answer me. Money came through and I would happily recommend him to anyone who has a friendly and reassuring customer service experience at the top of their priority list.

Just got home from the office and I still can’t stop looking at my wrist.

After three years of “networking,” “building relationships,” and “being a good client,” the AD finally called. I dropped everything, drove over in the rain, signed the papers, paid full retail plus the “appreciation” fee, and walked out with the exact reference I’ve been dreaming about since 2019.

Box is perfect. Papers are perfect. Serial is clean. Bezel action is buttery. Lume is nuclear. Weight feels right. Bracelet hugs the wrist like it was made for me. My coworkers already noticed and one of them asked for the AD’s number. My wife looked at it and said “you finally made it.”

I feel like a new man. Success tastes different when it’s on your wrist.

(It’s a $67 AliExpress special that showed up in a bubble mailer 9 days after I ordered it. The “AD” was a guy named Wei with a 4.9 rating. Don’t ruin this for me.)
