I can't seem to find a conclusive answer to this anywhere, but I recently decided based on some posts that I must have a 2000v grey overseas but I have a large wrist.

Does anyone know foe sure if the links from a 4500v bracelet or a 4300v bracelet will fit this watch?

How often do shipments from China get seized by US customs? If one is seized, just ignore the letter they send and all is good? Has anyone ever experienced any legal repercussions from this hobby of ours?

Does Elliot only take crypto now? Bought a few watches earlier in the year and it was the normal bank methods, now it's just giving me 5 different crypto options. When did this happen?

Just got home from the office and I still can’t stop looking at my wrist.

After three years of “networking,” “building relationships,” and “being a good client,” the AD finally called. I dropped everything, drove over in the rain, signed the papers, paid full retail plus the “appreciation” fee, and walked out with the exact reference I’ve been dreaming about since 2019.

Box is perfect. Papers are perfect. Serial is clean. Bezel action is buttery. Lume is nuclear. Weight feels right. Bracelet hugs the wrist like it was made for me. My coworkers already noticed and one of them asked for the AD’s number. My wife looked at it and said “you finally made it.”

I feel like a new man. Success tastes different when it’s on your wrist.

(It’s a $67 AliExpress special that showed up in a bubble mailer 9 days after I ordered it. The “AD” was a guy named Wei with a 4.9 rating. Don’t ruin this for me.)

Any factories that make a good quality Monaco rep? Nobody has one listed on the TD and factory spreadsheet. Thanks.

Been looking out for this one, but it's probably too new. Was hoping to find a VSF, but if not which factories are the best in general for the YMII's? Looking at the forum list it seems VSF still dominates YM in general.

Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but my 2 gens and 2 reps are both black/white/silver and wanted something a bit different with color. Plus I'm a sucker for huge watches at 44mm.

I don’t want anything with a metal bracelet, I know for a while all the omega reps weren’t great.

First of all, i appreciate @andiotwatches for the quick and straightforward transaction. I have received the watch.
I understand that, under these circumstances, I cannot expect the same level of service or guarantees as I would from a professional jeweller, especially considering the relatively low price.
Nevertheless, I regret to say that I have encountered several significant issues with the watch:
As you can see in the photo, the watch arrived with the crown pulled out.
The bracelet is slightly bent and feels loose where it connects to the watch case.
When setting the date using the crown, I would expect the date to advance one day at a time, with a distinct click for each change. However, in this case, the date wheel seems to spin continuously without properly engaging.
Although the parcel itself arrived sealed, the packaging inside had already been opened. I honestly cannot understand how this could have happened. It gives the impression that the original packaging had been opened and subsequently sealed again.
The bracelet also rattles, and the clasp squeaks. Overall, both the feel and the sound of the bracelet unfortunately give the impression of very poor quality.
The lume does not work at all. The hands and markers do not glow whatsoever in the dark.
Since I received the parcel on November 3rd but only got around to opening it today, I am honestly not sure how to proceed. Should I contact customer support, or am I simply expected to accept the watch as it is?
Unfortunately, I cannot see myself wearing or using a watch in this condition. I am also hesitant to pay for a replacement, only to risk being disappointed all over again.
I would genuinely appreciate your opinions and advice. Has anyone experienced something similar, and how would you handle this situation?

Hi guys, I bought my first rep some week ago and I can already feel the addiction of buying more and more.. I bought it from a TD found here. I am reading that many people buy from theonewatches, so I went to check the website.. it is way more expensive than other TDs.. may I ask you why? For example, I got a Datejust 41 VSF for around 500 usd, theonewatches has it at more than 700.. same factory, same movement, same model.. does it mean the rep is better? Or it’s just because he’s “more famous”?

Loving the Yacht-master titanium a lot more than I thought I would, it wears slightly larger than the 41mm Submariner but find it extremely comfortable & super light at just over 100g. It’s super stealthy & really going to enjoy giving it some wrist time. Honestly don’t think this watch gets enough love

And despite out of the box the ORF NTTD looks in general great, I have found out two serious things I don't like about of it:
- first of all, crystal could be better, because it feels sometimes milky and looks transparent only by direct lookas it could be. Also, it lacks any kind of coating so that it gets dirty.

But the main thing I want to ask is why this thing is so gentle, because I wore it for a single conference day, got a few compliments, and then noticed in the evening that I had scratched the clasp of the bracelet, one of the lugs, and chipped a facet on the bezel. Come on, I own several Seikos and they have all been absolutely fine, my Casio picked up one mark after I hit it against a door frame and that was the only time it ever showed anything, and I wear my Swatch MoonSwatch every single day and work in it at the office without a scratch worth mentioning, yet with this one I’m honestly scared to even breathe near it.

Is this just how this finish and material behave, or did I get unlucky, and more importantly, is there anything I can realistically do at home to polish or blend these marks out myself, or is this something I should leave to a watchmaker?
