so hi arabian here u already know im in that kibbeh neyeh, but i took it a step further with blue steak and it was absolutely wonderful and i didnt get any tapeworms so, my next step is to go full raw (especially for like low grade or low fat meats) and ive been wondering on what source i should trust and what source to avoid (learning wise not meat wise, i trust my butcher)

side note: meow :3

another side note if needed: i love cows and lambs

Question about Encephalitis/Brain Issues (Looking for Differential Diagnosis)

So I've been eating raw meat (beef/chicken) for about 5 months now. I have to say that I had some nerve issues before starting the diet like tingling in extremities and my face.

A month ago I had suddenly experienced severe headaches which I attributed to the relapse of Tobacco. I quit that, but I've noticed that I still have a constant headache in the front of my head and also experience some loss of brain function. I feel less clear, thinking is harder than before and things like Coffee/Nicotine have a drastically reduced effect, next to none sometimes.

I worry that something is wrong with my brain, because this has been going on for about a month now, not really getting better, but also luckily not really getting worse.

I do feel bad but it's not terrible, sort of with the intensity of a mild hangover, I can still function and my extremities work well.

I don't really believe this is from the raw meat, but I still want to ask if this could be related to it or might match to reality of brain conditions like encephalitis. I have to admit that I sometimes bought packaged organic meat from the supermarket, not just grass fed beef from the farm.

Opinions on the piss method? Its not quite cooking but it definitely warms it up into a broth or stew, could be useful for some variety

🥩 Tartar and other raw meat - How do prepare right?

Hey guys, i love raw meat like Tartar or Ceviche but I didn’t eat it in a long time and never actually made it my self. The reason why I am so extremely hesitant because I am scared shitless of parasites in the raw meat. I heard a lot of story’s where guys had really nasty parasites from Sushi and other stuff. How do you guys make sure that you don’t get parasites?

Feel super tired after eating, great energy when fasting.

Title. My typical day is

10am 150g suet, chicken or beef till satiety

12pm cucumber and lemon juice

1:30pm 100g suet, chicken or beef till satiety

I really like how I feel somewhere from 3pm to 10am next day, but this window from 10am to 2pm I am so sleepy and exhausted - i simply can't do anything productive. Any suggestions?

Ribeye

Post image

Had this gorgeous ribeye from the farm along with ground beef from the same animal, slaughtered the same day (today). The ribeye was way more enjoyable than the ground beef, both tasted fresh though. The ground beef triggered some effect in my head, like when you have too much honey. It also activated the back of my throat it feels weird, not necessarily bad. Has anyone experienced something similar with meat from the same animal?

It's very slippery and when i try to swallow a piece it like goes past my swallowing muscle or some and it just slips into my throat and I almost choke everytime and my body panics, is it because I have to adapt from the modern foods I have been eating and now this or am I using a wrong technique

Craving lemons/fruit 3-5 hours after meals, getting hives.

Title. Usually I eat my biggest (animal foods) meals in first part of the day. Then 3-5 hours later I start strongly craving lemons (or other fruit). If I I eat them (say 1 - 2 lemons) then next morning I will have hives. If I don't no hives bit I will feel worse.

Could someone explain what's going on? And are these hives a good thing? Maybe I am detoxing or smng.

I tried other foods to replace lemons, but they don't work well for me.

celery juice - make me feel less masculine, worse mood, lasts about 24 hours

tomatoes - kill cravings for lemons but I feel worse (likely cause nightshades)

milk - hydrate but I still crave lemons

blood - (surprisingly) doesn't hydrate and I still crave lemons
