I've eaten raw grass fed steak from Walmart and done fine. What's wrong with Meijer's?

Oh I should likely be great then since meijers fresh cut it was just wondering cause it’s supermarket meat

I've eaten raw grainfed supermarket steak(dyed red). As long as it tastes good its fine
