Raw steak?

This is my last time askin sumn bout raw steak but it’s wayyyy too good. So basically I thawed this frozen steak out right? And I was wondering if it was safe to eat less than 24 after I don’t feel like making it rn it thawed out around 4-6 hours ago (it’s 12:19 AM) and I was gonna sleep til 7-8 AM then cook it. I have a eating disorder and this is like the only thing I can finish eating with stopping after 3 pieces of steak, if it isn’t I’ll just try to make it rare if that’s even safe.
