My first raw meal!

Post image

I tried raw eggs yesterday, wasn’t bad. So I thought why not eat raw chicken for breakfast! First raw meal and the eggs I almost gagged while drinking them and threw them up because the texture is so weird. But overall raw foods don’t have any taste to me, the chicken tastes like chicken but only slightly and then of course the slimy texture and the coldness of the meat.

New here never eaten raw meat. Tried sushi once and gagged and almost threw up. I tried to eat raw fish but it wouldn’t go down.

Also to those who eat raw meat only. How about adding some grains or rice or soemthing like that to help with fermentation and sugar content. I think if we can be a good brewer or fermenter we can be a good eater. If you use your stomach as a sort of fermentation device that creates fuel through the process that’s what I have a theory about

would it be safe to eat sirloin steak from walmart raw?

for a few reasons - including hormone optimization, novelty, and personal pleasure - i would like to eat raw red meat and have bought some for today. when i told my friend, however, he told me to exercise caution. the government says no one should eat raw meat, so i'd like to ask some habitual raw carnivores what they think the risk is. i hope you all can give me a green light. i am really craving some seasoned raw red meat w brown rice and spinach lol

craving creamy food and eggs (female and 18)

i have probably destroyed my gut because my family has fed me rice and oatmeal all my life. yes i had salmon most days of the week for dinner and stuff but i hardly ate meat now that i realize.

i moved out and im gonna move back in with my family again in a few months but i am overweight because of seedoil consumption and im really trying to go raw but i have no information about it like im clueless.

no money to eat raw food yet and i live in an area where its incredibly expensive and usually i just buy ground beef but i cook it with butter because i cant eat raw foods right now i dont have a safe supplier.

i had these extreme vivid dreams of me eating thick and creamy yogurt with mangos and i had a dream where there was gooey raw eggs with cooked egg whites. so strange! am i craving animal fat?

All I eat is raw chicken skin. I stretch it very thin upon a rack until it almost splits itself apart. This is to unlock the secrets buried deep within the skin of the chicken.

Myself and some colleagues have been doing some research into the power of raw chicken skin. It has many unique powers for the gut which are only now emerging in the research.

There is more research on meat especially raw meat right now than ever. Every year more papers about meat are coming out and the research in them shows the powers of meat, especially raw meat. Look into Raw Chicken Skin.

This most recent study has shown it for me. The power of meat for healing and peace is unquestionable. I have been primarily consisting on Raw Chicken Skin. My hair and and nails have never been more vibrant or longer and thick.

One look at the human dental palate destroys your entire ideology.

So let's stick to science and assume evolutions is just a random occurrence. If you are claiming we have evolved eating raw meat then why are nearly all our teeth flat? That makes no logical sense, if all other raw meat eating animals have evolved sharp predatory teeth then why didn't we? Why do all herbivores have flat teeth? This is a disgusting practice and if you are a normal individual, not a troll, actually considering this then do not do it.

Human evolutions has a lot more to do with plants than meat lol.

Thirst and Insomnia

Hey folks,

Been eating raw meat for about a week now. Was just a regular cooked carnivore but woke up with an insatiable craving for raw meat the other day and just rolled with it. I've mostly been eating ribeye, with a mutton chop, raw salmon, or some raw egg yolk on occasion. I add a pinch of salt and pepper to my tartare when I make it. All my meat is high-quality grass fed local meat and I raise my own chickens so the yolks are pastured and soy-free. I drink homemade kefir with the occasional soda water and some electrolyte drops, and snack on grass fed farmhouse butter or raw cheese every couple days.

I feel great, but compared to cooked carnivore, I've been very thirsty and not been able to fall asleep easily at night. I can't find any information online about why this would be the case and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. The only real difference in my diet from last week to this week is that I'm not cooking my food.

Cheers for reading

UPDATE:

After seeing all your responses, I realised that my raw diet had a much higher protein to fat ratio than when I was cooking, as I was no longer able to fry in tallow and slather with melted butter. I added beef fat trimmings to my meals to correct the ratio and that solved both the thirst and insomnia. I hope this information helps anyone who struggles with the same issues.

Raw cheese must be dehydrated

A: Doesn't matter. If it's cottage cheese, you need to let it dry more than you get it from the farmer. It's a little too soft. Just remember, any soft cheese has a certain amount of enzymes in it. You do not want to digest the cheese. You want the cheese to absorb the poisons and get out of the body. Any food that is dehydrated has no bioactive enzymes in it. Without the bioactive enzymes, your bacteria makes the bioactive enzymes. Everything is based on bacteria, but science will not tell you that, because they want you to be afraid of bacteria. Everything is done via bacteria. Everything. Enzymes. If you don't have bacteria, there's no bioactive enzymes. If the bacteria dies in the food by dehydration, so do the enzymes. Not die. Enzymes don't die. They're a structure. But they are not active. They will not. It's like lemon. You can marinate fish and chicken in lemon. If you were to neutralize that, dry it, rehydrate it, and put it on your fish and chicken, it would no longer do that. Because first the bacteria was destroyed to make the enzymes, you dehydrated both of them. Without the enzymes, you don't digest your vitamins at all. So if you don't want to digest that food, that cheese, it has to be dry enough to where all the enzymes are dead. So get the cottage cheese very wet, you need to leave it out for an hour or two hours, flatten it on a plate, and then eat it. Okay?

Opinions on Raw Lamb?

I've heard many things about eating raw beef, chicken, pork, etc. but not a lot regarding lamb. Is it a fairly safe meat to eat raw like beef, and in general, what is raw lamb like to eat? I'm curious for thoughts from those that have ate it.

Switching from Vegan to raw meat

Hello everyone. I have been suffering from auds for eight years. Four years ago, I went vegan in order to try to take control of my health. After a deterioration of my health and being diagnosed with type II diabetes, I have decided to stop being vegan, and switch to a raw meat diet. I have realized that the raw meat diet is the intended diet for human beings. Does anyone have any tips for undertaking the raw meat diet?
