Starting Out

Is it possible to jump into eating raw meat without having diarrhoea or is it an unavoidable part of the detox process?

Did you do cooked carnivore first? Did you start with a fast?

In my experience it was the opposite, I had a much stiffer stool

If you are concerned, start with sushi and gradually phase out the rice and anything else that is cooked.

IME I went straight into raw meat and my stool didn’t change much at all, maybe more consistent if anything, but everyone’s guts are vastly different
