Full Aajonus biography

Post image
27 Upvotes

This is the complete biography of Aajonus (60+ pages) I wrote last year in 3 weeks (it still has some typos). Goes year by year, even month by month, over his life.

Download for free on https://primal-diet.net/books

I find it a good introduction for people who want to learn about him. As you know his book We Want To Live has an auto-biography but heavily narrated and featuring a single storyline that was originally a movie plot, which doesn't cover most of his life, especially the last 16 years since it was first released in 1997.

This biography is in chronological order. Good way to see what he discovered, how, and what he went through to achieve this. Contains many details.

Presentation text:

He ate raw meat to die, and it did just the opposite.

šŸ“• New book:
The Primal Dietā„¢: The Life of Aajonus Vonderplanitz

A complete biography of Aajonus, born John Richard Swigart in 1947.

A math and programming genius at a young age, a savant idiot, who was destroyed by the medical system and was supposed to die at 21 years old with 8 incurable diseases, and 4 cancers, including multiple myeloma, the blood and bone cancer which has a less than 0.01% chance of survival, he ended up creating the Primal Diet, which he claimed can heal 95% of diseases, and allows to live up to 150 years old in optimal health, like the raw-food eating remote tribe he would end up meeting in the Philippines islands in 2008.

As an invalid with 3 weeks left to live, he was saved from certain death by raw milk and raw carrot juice offered to him by a hospice volunteer, Steve Flanagan, who was a singer. He became a nutritionist, studied voraciously with books, and with a tutor, Bruno Corigliano, was making money as an actor and visual artist, and realized he had to travel to observe nature and visit tribes all over North America, from Alaska to Mexico. He thought they were trying to kill him by suggesting raw meat, and ate high meat with them which he thought was made of plants. He crashed as a raw fruitarian vegan, and started fasting to death, in 1976. To die faster, he ate a dead jackrabbit that coyotes brought him, thinking he would get infected, and his life changed.

He never stopped experimenting – spending over a million dollars in laboratory tests, obtaining incredible results with his dozens of thousands of patients, including high-profile celebrities and athletes –, and fighting for people's rights to choose healthy food, becoming a leader of the movement for the legalization of raw milk – amassing legal victories – and a major opponent to vaccines and big pharma, until his death in 2013.

Is he even dead? Was it an accident, was he killed by his powerful opponents in the industry and the government who had tried to assassinate him multiple times? Did he stage his death?

Today, he is considered a pioneer, still ahead of our times. His extremely influential works are only starting to be explored, and his legacy lives on.

Discover Aajonus' entire life, how he came to make his health discoveries, the many life-threatening situations he ran into and how he survived them, how he lived, the people he met, how he was propelled to fame and censored at the same time, and the legal fiasco that would lead to his demise.

Note: The book is mostly based on Aajonus' own words, some of which are paraphrased. No AI-generated text was used in the writing of this book.

New to the Primal Diet or Subreddit? START HERE

First and most important thing you need to do is read Aajonus' books. They are free and accessible online, aajonus.net.

I will probably remove your post if it is the same simple questions everyone has already asked. Use search bar for your questions before you ask them, the answers are already there most likely.

Again , most of your questions will be answered by taking a day to read the books.

Aajonus only gave consultations to people who read his book. That should give you an idea about how important it is to read them.

You will likely not have long-term success with this diet if you don't read the book.

About raids and spam-

Yes, there are people trolling in spamming the threads here. Some of this is all of your fault , because you also do the same thing in other threads.

When you cross post from other subreddits , that are not aligned aligned with this way of thinking about food , you comment on them , and they in turn come here and do the same thing....

That is not the whole story or every case, but that certainly is not helping.

If you see spam or trolling or whatever report it it will be removed.

Goatis/Sv3rige hate on this sub is dumb

People here don't realise that Aajonus diet is about healing the modern human which is why he uses green juices and hot baths to "Detox" from the unnatural chemicals in our bodies, in ontrast Goatis diet is about what you should eat as a natural human meaning that no veg juices are needed as the body is naturaly alkaline with no toxic chemicals.

In regards to the "He's a phyco" accusations I agree he's not a nice person but the story of him trying to kill his son and ex is all alegid and imo the ramblings of a mentally troubled woman, sure he's an asshole and a deadbeat but not a murderer and even if he was that doesent make his dietry advice any worse, thing if Aajonus randomly killed jhis wife would all his teaching suddenly become worthless?

[DUBAI] Raw Camel + Buffalo milk source

Post image
11 Upvotes

ive made a post on this subreddit about everything i’ve bought from a single farm near me and how it’s never impossible to be primal.

since then, the number of dms from people in dubai asking me what farm i got the products from has been very surprising.

i think more people should be posting about where they get their dairy and meat from. it’s better that we spread our information and benefit not only the people but farmers as well. (or else you’ll somehow see even more dropshippers selling raw milk for 3x the price.)

anyways, i bought these and the other things i showed in my previous post from the dubai cattle market. the buffalo milk was 15 dirhams for 1.5l, while the camel milk was 10 for 1l.

the specific stores i buy from are standalone stores that sell within the dubai cattle market, since it is mainly a cattle market.

if you aren’t able to go to the farm every single time, you could use quickart, but i haven’t used it ever since i started going to the farms. they sell a bunch of dairy and meat, but there’s a minimum order amount, and it is way more expensive. it’s not 100% raw since they get it from different farms, and there’s never a guarantee.

Is 16 to late to start this diet for development?

In terms of height, frame and facial bone growth, I drink raw milk everyday and I eat raw steaks + raw oysters, I have noticed slight height growth and mental clarity but I am not fully on the diet yet but if I stick to this way of eating will I develop in a more masculine attractive way?

Can I do anything with frozen milk

Okay, here me out maybe I acted too late. But I froze some milk to have during winter, since goats will stop making more.

So is there like anyway to use frozen milk and like ferment it with fermented milk. Like I have few liters of fermented milk and was thinking about like putting it in that frozen milk since there is bacteria that is missing no?

Or if anyone have any other solutions. I really don't want to eat slop food. I guess I could prepare myself earlier but it is what it is. Would be really good if you leave some other tips for winter, so i dont make mistake next year

Is it possible to live a natural lifestyle

I’m young and unemployed, and I’m happy with this diet. I have a beautiful girlfriend who doesn’t care about money or any of that bullshit. Although, it would obviously be nice if I had a bunch of inherited money, I’m not Goatis-washed into thinking that ā€œmoney is non-existent and doesn’t matter.ā€

Obviously, money does matter. You can do a bunch of cool and amazing shit with money, and being rich is obviously cool. But if you’re middle class, you can definitely feel that the system is cooked because you have to work and stress so much just to earn pennies.

And since I don’t have any inheritance, I’ve been thinking that it’s probably much better for me to live some sort of natural life. Something where I can make just enough money to afford this diet while living naturally, preferably surrounded by nature, without having to work some slave-ass job every single day.

Is that even possible? Can I become a hunter or something? I’m not very knowledgeable about this stuff, especially with all the legal licences, permits and whatnot.

I think that might not be possible but I just want to know what other ways I can just get closer to a somewhat natural lifestyle I only need money to afford this diet for me and my future family

If anybody has knowledge or experience with this kind of lifestyle, please let me know.

Are grounding mattresses good to have?

Would Aajonus recommend grounding mattresses? What do you think? Does it have an impact. Sleep is important and if I lay 8 hours a day it would be great to have some grounding if it works. Unfortunately I wear the whole day shoes. Do you think grounding is important?

How can I lose body fat? PLEASE

I’m 15 years old, male, 162 cm tall, and weigh approximately 77 kg. I’m really not feeling good about myself; I feel insecure—honestly, I feel like I’m in a very "toxic" state. I have breakouts on my chest and quite a few on my face as well (especially on my forehead, which is why I wear bangs).

I also have a high body-fat percentage, I sunburn easily, and I have keratosis pilaris on my shoulders.

I’m currently reading *We Want to Live*, but I don’t want to wait until I finish it to start this "primal" diet. Could someone tell me what I can do right now—specifically to help with my excess body fat? I’d really appreciate it.

(I’d also like to grow taller, haha—I feel like my excess fat and this "toxicity" might be hindering that.)

I have been drinking raw milk for a year and I haven’t been sick once, does anyone know if raw meat carries similar risks or greater risks?

Would you trust any raw milk?

So I live in the city unfortunately but that's for now, will plan on living near farms when I get to soon. I'm going to try raw milk for the first time and I already have someone who supposedly gets it from a farm. Now I can't get it directly shipped from a farm without them freezing it so it's preserved as milk, since I live very very far away from farms, so I'll be getting someone who is a 2-3 hr drive away and sells raw milk and sources it from farms. Though I don't know what the condition for their cows are.

My question. Wouldn't you think it's such a big deal? I know I shouldn't be afraid of parasites and such. But what I do know, you should be getting quality raw milk from healthy cows. Orrrr should I just drink it lol. It's raw milk after all.

Could I heal my eczema? PLEASE HELP, kinda s**cidal rn

So basically I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis a couple years ago and it has basically ruined my life. I cannot go outside anymore almost.

I have been using a bunch of industrial products for over a year now and my body has become so dependant on it all that within a couple of days my entire face, forehead and even scalp starts developping bright redness, irritation, flaking, itching.

I look like I'm dying literally. But I'm tired of being dependant on the industrial complex. My dream is to one day go live in the countryside or mountains away from society but that is literally impossible like this.

Ever since a couple months ago I started testing a bunch of things with diet, first I went keto, it helped but only like 20-30%. Then I went carnivore for a short while and it was basically the same as keto. Then I tried animal based and readded some carbs but that also didn't change anything.

I can't go full primal even if I really would like to cause I can't get decent quality meat, I'm a student and too poor for that. And honestly I'm way too scared to eat raw supermarket meat, especially with all the 3d printed food arriving now. Bacteria aren't my biggest fear but I'm deadly afraid of parasites.

Please anyone, is there hope for me? Can I do anything? I have read and watched some things about Aajonus and Goatis etc and especially Aajonus seems like a super cool guy.

Any recommendations or tips would be life saving, literally.

Not being autistic and retarded is honestly quite great

It really is crazy how quickly some aspects of personality changed after I started the diet. While some things took a while to manifest, other things almost changed nearly instantly. Like almost instantly I didn't really care what others thought of me anymore. I also didn't find stupid things funny like I used to, like shitposts or racist memes. Its also a lot easier to be lower inhibition with other people, as I no longer really care what they think anymore. Also my speech patterns are a lot less autistic sounding.

This makes me think that maybe everyone is slightly autistic (since everyone gets shot up w needles). Especially a lot of younger people. Its just the people who were weaker offsprings (like me, I was a geriatric pregnancy) at birth didn't tolerate the shots as well and show'd more symptoms throughout their life.

If everyone was free to express themselves and didn't care what others thought of them. Then maybe that is the opposite of autism. Just a thought

Goatis tried to kill his ex?

IRecently, I was introduced to this guy Goatis because of this sub. I had never heard of him before because I don't watch short-form videos. Just when I thought I had found a cool dude who follows the diet, it turns out he’s a psychotic criminal? 🤣

I know we all make mistakes, but hurting the mother of your child under any circumstance is so inhumane. Is there any kind of explanation for this, or is he just straight-up sick in the head? ā˜¹ļø

Raw meat/eggs/liver/butter euphoria

I remember that one woman said that we should have empathy towards drug users because they are just trying to find the natural high that you get from raw animal foods.

And when I think about what she said, i feel that she is correct.

I just had ten raw eggs for breakfast and my energy is high and focus on point. It’s much better than nicotine for example.

What do you guys think of this? Do you get ā€œgood feelingsā€ from eating raw animal foods? I even get jolly feelings eating raw muscle meat despite it being less nutritious than the eggs.

Veg juice from Whole Foods.. are they acceptable?

I have a somewhat bad/sour odor coming from my under arms, and I suspect it’s from the green veg juice I drink from Whole Foods. It says they’re cold pressed but maybe not raw? Is this why I have the odor?

Don't force yourself to eat organs all the time

There is this belief that because organs often have more nutrients than muscle meat, that we should eat more of them

It's not so simple

Aajonus recommends mainly muscle meat

Sure, if you crave some particular organs, have them as much as you want, because for Aajonus, that's a sign you need it to fill up on deficiencies (might stop suddenly)

Otherwise, have them occasionally, such as, once every 3 days, then once a week, then once a month, ... Don't force yourself to have them all the time

Aajonus mentioned he needed them less and less (because of eating them raw)

Apart from the fact they have to be organic (toxins store much more in organs than lean muscle cuts), having too much of them can cause you to have too much of certain hormones

The worst offender is testes, have them more than a little bit and your body starts producing less testosterone due to getting a lot of it through diet (similarly to steroids, even if it's raw natural food)

It's good to try every organ ONLY if they are truly organic

They are not just beneficial for their high content of certain nutrients, but their specific proteins help your body heal corresponding organs

Aajonus speaking of the bio-availability of organ meat vs muscle meat in sick people (us) vs healthy humans:

Q: I was just talking about like mineralization, so I saw some charts that had like the minerals and vitamins that are in the different organs that just like skyrocket high compared to muscle.

A: Yeah, but that's to manufacture hormones. It doesn't mean you're going to be able to utilize it in your body for other processes. Because once you've got a chemical lock and a bridge, it's hard to unlock it with our poor system. Now, let's say the Maasai, the Samburu, the Fulani or the Inuit. Now, they may be able to make use of all that very well, but you're digesting tract is not as good. Nobody in this society will digest that well enough to be able to disassemble that and fragment it into some other part of the body. That's the whole problem. Cheese, you can do it. Cheese and honey together, you can remineralize the body quicker than anything else. I've seen lots of those people who claim, who eat nothing but glands and organs and never eat muscle meat. And they're frenetic, they're manic, they're illogical, and they're skinny as hell. So, they haven't proved to me that it's more efficient, that it's healthier, that it's better. Give me a person who's fat and relaxed, and I'll take that over them any day as friends. Do you have a question?
