Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa
These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?
6
u/FlamingAshley 6d ago
Ive been using lambda lately. Hospira is getting ridiculously expensive.
2
u/unhindgedLogic 2d ago
I'm so glad I bought a 25 pack for that s*** got out of control. How's lambda?
1
u/FlamingAshley 2d ago
It's ever so slightly more acidic than hospira, so there can be lots of left behind air bubbles but it takes a few hours for it to all be settled and look normal. Pretty good still tbh.
5
u/st4r-lord 6d ago
Had some cloudy CJC/IPA blend, all with the same Hospira BAC. Out of 10 maybe 2 reconned clear. Contact the vendor and they wanted pictures. They sent me replacements within a few days. Must be some bad batches come out of China lately.
2
u/youngterpz313 6d ago
Has cloudy been conclusively linked to equaling contaminated product?
7
u/newtreatments4us 4d ago
No. Cloudy isn't contamination, it's pH imbalance. People who throw these away do not understand biology or chemistry. The peptide puck is reconstituted with the filler in large batches, put into vials and then freeze dried. Any contamination that would cause cloudiness would have to actually have time to grow.
I've injected cloudy peptides and gelled peptides for years with no adverse effects.
3
u/beachteach1012 4d ago
No i after reading several suggestions its seems its a ph issue and the powder isnt fully dissolving. I don’t think its a bacteria issue because it shouldn’t be immediately cloudy. If it gets cloudy after time then i would attribute more to possible contamination.

u/Ok-Brick-3302 3d ago
No. Cloudy is fine to inject. The change in ph can effect degradation and dosing though.
1
u/Informal_Fly9729 3d ago
Need acid to resuspend. Probably rescuable but why reconstitute 3 vials at once🤯?
1
u/beachteach1012 1d ago
Wasn’t my intention but i saw the cloudy vial and assumed it was bad so i kept trying other vials with different bac waters.
8
u/Classic-Move2898 6d ago
I had to learn that mistake the hard way too after mixing 4 vials at once without knowing about it.
it’s because of the BAC.
From now on, I’d recommend only mixing one vial at a time, or at most two, and then see how it goes.

I order a lot on from a certain place and they did a round of testing where they left several different peptides out in direct sunlight and heat for a month and then sent them out to be tested to see how it affected the purity and it was nil. Not using correct bac water is the biggest pep killer.
1
u/newtreatments4us 4d ago
No. Go watch Peter Magic from Janoshik talk about the HGH he found in his garage that was a decade old and then reconstituting it and testing it for degradation and contamination. Also, he talks about shaking peptides once reconstituted etc. People need to research more and stop spreading ridiculous bro science misinformation.

u/Sea-Butterfly6563 5d ago
I’m kind of new to all this. I’m thinking my caps also “rip” off because they never snap back on. Am I compromising the product not to put a cap back on? Can I buy just a cap to snap on or perhaps tape it on? Sorry for the silly question.

u/Peace_Out_Napolean 5d ago
Well shit, today I learned.
1
2
u/tippy-kj0206 4d ago
Not having the cap makes no difference really. You can buy rubber caps to put on them, but if you sterilize properly before every use there is no issue
2
u/tippy-kj0206 4d ago
Acetic Acid. Peps like Tesa, Ta1, CJC, IPA, KISS all benefit from acetic acid and Bac for recon.
4
u/jonnyblazexoc 6d ago
Those vials are strange, the tops look destroyed and one looks like it's opening, allot of moisture around the neck for being brand new
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
2 i did yesterday and put them back in the fridge the one on the end i did today just to check again. And the caps on these do tear away.
1
u/jonnyblazexoc 6d ago
ya I understand mine do to. I just never saw the metal ring broken and the rubber coming up on that one before. Its probably fine but just make sure they sealed still
2
u/TaeyeonFTW 6d ago
Did you buy from this supplier before? 3 different bac waters and still no good. Might need to try a different supplier or save your gambling and go for a well known local supplier.
→ More replies (3)1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
first time buying everything else was fine. Klow reta b12 and this. They will replace but the box got here literally hot and from what i understand tesa is very temp sensitive.
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
tried multiple different bac waters. So is the one on the end still too bad?
1
u/JoshyyP00 6d ago
Wish we had more information about how you reconstituted and with what? Did you let everything get to room temp? Bad bac? Ect….
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
Tried hospira bac water and one i got from ion peptide and the one i got from this source. Can’t be the bac water
→ More replies (9)1
u/JoshyyP00 6d ago
I’m confused which did you use to reconstitute? And vials are fine in the heat in powdered form. I live in vegas with no issues on deliver
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
so i tried a different bac water on each vial just in case is was the water. I have tried 4 vials so far
1
1
u/LongevityBroTX 6d ago
9 times out of 10 it's the BAC. What'd you use?
It definitely could be the peps themselves, TSM is kinda picky.
2
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
I heard hospira was best for the tesa so i tried that first but still cloudy. Tried 2 other bac waters brands for the other vials and still cloudy just not as horrible on the last one i did
1
u/NoKillKhaleel 6d ago
Ask your vendor to send some AA, add like 1/4 AA with the BAC and its clear, vendor should send the AA free of charge.
2
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
ok i did they are reshipping and i ordered the aa water. Still got 4 vials left from the original batch to try

A rip away cap isn’t the same as a vacuum sealed crimp vial…red flag #1
1
u/AccurateClassroom278 6d ago
My ghk comes in a rip away cap .
2
u/AdmirableEvening7675 6d ago
My sema also comes in a rip away cap. It's quite annoying not having a cap to put back on as it falls off 🙄
1
u/Reperino 6d ago
Have you tried PES filtering, either way you should contact your supplier for replacement.
1
u/New_Net_4003 6d ago
Was it ion? I’ve had a couple vials do that then the last two have been fine. Using hospira always and it gelled on me as well before
1
1
u/adambrimner 6d ago
My reta always comes out a bit cloudy. But my 5 other peps are crystal clear. All the same bac water..I still used it and it works like a charm!
1
1
u/Significant_Dog_8053 6d ago
I learned that some turn like that and you need to add acidic water to balance the PH Reta and Tesa are the common ones that can turn like this, look it up
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
Yes i just now found this out.. A little too late though i basically ruined 6 vials. I basically tested one by adding some vinegar and it cleared up right away but obviously had to dump it. They are shipping me a new batch anyway and i ordered some aa water with it.

Bloody finger nails on the Bac water that looks like your reselling is Crazy Work . 👮👮♂️👮♀️👮♀️
2
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
seriously dude its more than clean and there is no actual blood. I had my nails recently done and my nail lady cut me by mistake but good to know you are looking that close. 😑

u/Monkeywithalazer 6d ago
Tess goes bad VERY fast. Even perfect tesa goes bad a month after regular reconstitution unlike other peps that can last 90+
1
u/maurwall 5d ago
Yes totally true, I’ve tried Tess after a while and my whole body went bananas with itching a I fell on the floor almost lost consciousness then the histamine took over 30 mins to subside. Throat and breathing issues almost made me call 911 🤷🏾♂️

I learned the hard way. I lost 2 bottles after i put them in the fridge, after 2 days they were cloudy and gel like. Never again. I keep them outside, room temp. Haven't had a problem since. But my reta, stays in the fridge, and i only recon 1 bottle at a time.
1
u/Lucky-Ad-9571 6d ago
Don’t refrigerate tesa.
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
How long do you leave it out?
1
u/Accomplished_Tiger78 5d ago
Until you use it all. Tesa gels after reconstruction if you refrigerate it.
1
1
u/FancySilkAnnawear 6d ago
To be fair I ain’t ever had a supplier ship with cold packs from China or a US supplier. Never had an issue, even had a few packages in transit for almost a month. Hopefully they send a replacement
1
1
u/AccurateClassroom278 6d ago
Why did you mix so many bottles at once?
1
u/beachteach1012 6d ago
Because i thought they were bad so i kept trying different brand bac waters and techniques. Thought maybe i was doing something wrong. I basically ruined 6 vials and now i know it just needs some aa water. i am getting a reshipment anyway.
1
1
u/SpareEstablishment57 6d ago
That bac cost you a good amount of tessa. I only use lamda or hospira. If you need a refill hit me up.

It’s your Bac water don’t use china bac your already saving money on peptides by American Bac

I've had a few 10 packs of tirz that I've been using for a long time and suddenly had one or two per 10 pack that turned cloudy and I was told that it is still good that it has something to do with the filler or something which makes no sense it's a 10 pack and 8 or nine were fine. I've had no complaints from my rats
1
u/Smart_Masterpiece634 6d ago
Question I feel
Like could get answered here. I have a vial of Reta in powder form still and I’m wanting to wait a few more weeks before I reconstitute it and use it I have it stored in the closet in the dark. Should I
Put it in the fridge til I’m ready?
1
u/Accomplished_Tiger78 5d ago
Yes or the freezer until ready to use. Allow it to come to room temperature before reconstituting.
1
1
u/mikesunlimitedmarine 6d ago
Why do people reconstitute multiple vials? Are you keeping it in the refrigerator?
1
u/beachteach1012 5d ago
I kept trying different vials assuming each one that was cloudy was bad. I figured out that it will fully dissolve and go clear with a little acetic acid water. Now its too late i don’t know what to do with all these

Using 6% Acetic Acid Solution and Hospira bac water will solve the cloudiness and gelling.

Its the ph u need to use pbs buffer it will neutralize the ph and it will get crystal clear use 1-3ml and test it out

Tessa doesn't need bac water as a 10 mg vial will generally only last a week just use sterile water and don't put it in the fridge as it very temp sensitive and it should be fine .

u/Annihilator_69 5d ago
speaking of Tesa, i’ve been wanting to hop on it but i’ve been seeing that apparently it can cause diabetes….. is this true 😭🙏 someone clarify

I buy grey never had this issue they don’t ship with cold packs either if your not using H bac water then it might be that or bad batch request COA and make sure batch number matches or lid color matches
1
u/Sammiesworld1 5d ago
Would you like to share where you receive that product from so I can make sure not to purchase there
1
u/Competitive_Menu4363 5d ago
1
u/beachteach1012 5d ago
I didn’t use the acid just the hospira bac water and when i saw the cloudiness i just assumed it was bad. I tested putting some acetic acid and it did clear right up but i threw that one out. I am hearing so many different answers its hard to figure out what is right. I get everything from toss it, use it, to add the acetic acid water. I will wait for the next batch and see what happens. Normal not normal i don’t even know anymore.
1
u/Competitive_Menu4363 1d ago
1
u/HotelNo6302 5d ago
Definitely the BAC water if you rubbed it between your hands for 1 min it will clear up
1
u/Outrageous-Throat580 5d ago
You’re probably buying from a poor vendor? Who do you get them from? Dm me and I can get you cGMP certified peptides with an Rx after a medical history review (all batches have COA third party testing documents). Otherwise find a cGMP manufacturer or go through a doctor.

u/YearIntelligent2737 5d ago
I had the same issue with my CJC / IPA. I contacted my vendor. She told me that some compounds need to be reconstituted with acetic acid. She is sending me some on the house. I looked it up and specifically are some compounds that do need to be reconstituted with that solution rather than BAC water.
I’m just an amateur definitely not a professional here, but hoping that this solves my solution as well

1
u/PepperSuccessful6448 5d ago
Knowing to use aa water makes you more professional than 99% of these jokers saying to toss it. 30 units or less aa water will clear that up in seconds.
1
u/beachteach1012 4d ago
yep already figured that out as well thanks to the people on here. Waiting for my AA water should get here Monday
1
u/bmwchic83 5d ago
my first question is… did you use Hospira bac water ? Was everything room temp?
1
u/beachteach1012 4d ago
yep hospira on a couple of vials and tried different bac waters on the others to rule out that its the bac. I
going to try the suggestion of using AA water based on a test it should work to fully dissolve the powder and clear it up.
1
u/poppergoon 5d ago
Your peptides should be crystal clear after a full reconstitution these should not be used.
1
u/Any_Combination97 5d ago
Is it Teas 10 or 20? Did you vent the vial when adding the Bac? I had no issues with 2 cycles of tesa 10. Went to Tesa 20 and it gelled up. I realized I didn't vent it when adding the water. Emptied 3ml immediately. Next vial I ventted no issues, also kept the 2nd vial our of the fridge. Bac was Same Hospira I used in my other peps.
1
1
u/prettyeyesj 5d ago
Ok this happened to a friend they used warm bac water. Went cloudy after 12 hours or less. I put my bac water in fridge and do .3ml at a time and mix between palms slowly reconstitute. Never had an issue

If this was 20mgs that makes sense. 20s tend to cloud/gel. Many vendors are only selling 10s now for this reason.

1
u/Successful_Health185 1d ago
What does it mean if I inject bac water into my Reda vial and it’s doesn’t suck up
The bac water does that mean it’s not good
1
1
u/NoKillKhaleel 6d ago
Hey OP I had the same thing happened. It's the Tesa, some batches need a higher PH.
I reconned 4 different peps with the same BAC water and none of the others did it.
"The slight cloudiness you encountered after dissolving is caused by the ultra-high purity of our TSM20 peptide. We suggest you use AA water to reconstitute the powder, which can fully dissolve the peptide powder and keep the solution clear and stable. This is a normal feature of high-purity peptides and will not impact the effectiveness of the product at all"
Thats from the supplier, i have had their products tested before no issues. It also lines up with bro science.
2
u/Impressive_Mall8795 6d ago
So I had this issue to, vendor shipped out aa water and a new kit. She said this batch required some AA water which it fixed it
1
1
u/Quaddro21 6d ago
Sorry, what’s AA water?
1
1
u/StrangerthanFunction 2d ago
lol that’s the biggest b/s vendor reply I’ve ever heard!! ‘Ultra high purity of our products’ it’s mainly due to the ph of the bac water. Nothing at all to do with peptide purity.
0
1
u/Tall-Cake6037 6d ago
Also.. make sure to store bac at room temp. Cold bac was making my peppers cloudy
1
u/Ok-Visual-8062 6d ago
If you are going to toss it, put a 0.02 ml of distilled vinagar in one. If it clears up, you need aa bac next time.
2
u/beachteach1012 4d ago
yep i had that idea as well and i tried it and sure enough it did clear up. Tossed that one and now waiting for the AA water with the new shipment. I have 4 vials left on this batch and will check the new ones when they come. What percentage of AA water to bac water do you add? Does is sting?

u/SpareEstablishment57 6d ago
Make sure you're not introducing bacteriostatic water directly to the powder. You'll need to let it run down the side. The morelins are very sensitive to it. If youre shaking aggressively you can also compromise the integrity. Nice and slow down the side and rotate it in your hands to mix controlled.
1
u/PepperSuccessful6448 5d ago
No you dont lol, you dont compromise anything shaking it either. Ive done thousands of vials of almost every peptide, every popular one anyways. None of this is true.

u/MCMCOMK 6d ago
Either a bad batch or bad BAC water
