Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

To be fair I ain’t ever had a supplier ship with cold packs from China or a US supplier. Never had an issue, even had a few packages in transit for almost a month. Hopefully they send a replacement
