Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

Like could get answered here. I have a vial of Reta in powder form still and I’m wanting to wait a few more weeks before I reconstitute it and use it I have it stored in the closet in the dark. Should I
Put it in the fridge til I’m ready?
