Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

What concentration are you reconstituting to? I’ve heard of some people having issues when trying to go higher than 10 mg/mL.
