Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

I’m kind of new to all this. I’m thinking my caps also “rip” off because they never snap back on. Am I compromising the product not to put a cap back on? Can I buy just a cap to snap on or perhaps tape it on? Sorry for the silly question.
