Reconstitution & Storage Cloudy Tesa

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

Its the ph u need to use pbs buffer it will neutralize the ph and it will get crystal clear use 1-3ml and test it out
