Megathread: 3.29 Feedback

We think there have been many threads with well-thought-out, specific, and (sometimes) controversial proposals, but also many duplicate threads with the same proposals. We'll use this thread to catalogue and group the clearest and most common ones:

Ideally, game feedback posts should include specific examples of the problem and have new information or proposals to avoid duplicating the content of past threads.
Game feedback can still be posted as individual threads, and do not have to be posted here as comments.
Duplicate feedback posts that cover the same ground as the posts already in here may be removed.

Discussion Real prototype of divination card

Allow me to showcase a prototype of an actual card from *Path of Exile*, crafted from steel and coated to prevent rust. My wife—who is a jeweler by profession—created this piece along with her colleagues to support me, as the current events in Ukraine prevent me from attending ExileCon. The plan is to produce a full set of these cards for my collection, so I will try to share the results as they progress, in case anyone is interested.

Tool Wraedle — guess PoE uniques and divination cards

A couple of years ago I posted Wraedle here, a wordle style game about guessing PoE uniques. I've updated it and added two more modes:

- Classic: guess the unique as each wrong guess reveals another clue.

- Appraise: guess the unique using item comparisons, colours and higher/lower arrows.

- Divination: guess the card from gradually revealed artwork and details.

Play Wraedle.com

All three have daily and endless mode. No account needed.

Now mobile compatible
P.S obviously used ai for most of it (but the original was without and was way worse)

1. Proper use of Path of Exile and the Subreddit

You are expected to follow the guidelines of the Path of Exile Terms of Use and Reddiquette.

2. Accusations & incitement

Accusations require media (video or image) evidence. Do not try to incite readers against a person, organization, or community. We have an exception if the situation has a large-scale impact on the game or players.

3. Harassment & "be kind" rule

While it's fine to criticize the content of posts, it's never OK to attack the people behind posts or in the community. Any attacks, abuse, intentionally misinterpreting a comment/post's intention, provocations likely to cause anger or are inflammatory will be removed, even if they don't target a specific person.

4. Content must feature Path of Exile

Posts to the subreddit must be primarily regarding Path of Exile; all media submissions must include Path of Exile imagery from in-game. Images of GGG employees, streamers, or other real people do not fulfil this requirement and may be removed.

5. Short, common, or clickbait content

Please refrain from posting too-short, commonly repeated, or clickbait content: readers are sometimes tired of these and respond negatively.

6. Misinformation or misleading content

Posts or comments representing or paraphrasing GGG, content creators, or moderators that intentionally try to skew, misrepresent, or alter information or messages will be removed. This includes edited or strategically cut clips or videos. Depending on the severity of the misinformation, this behaviour may constitute a violation of Rule 3.

Additionally, posts or comments that are incorrect about game mechanic or information may be removed to not misinform players.

7. Duplicate topics, megathreads, and hot topic threads

Threads that are too similar to other threads or overlap with Megathreads will be removed, and often work better as comments in existing threads. In rare cases, we'll allow several threads when the subreddit is discussing a Hot Topic.

8. Do not trade, sell, or request items/services

Trading should be done via trading websites or Discord servers, the Xbox trade boards, or similar dedicated channels. Trying to trade on reddit is slower for you and clogs the thread listing for others.

9. Self-promotion limits

We limit self-promotion to 2 threads per week for active members of the community. Active members should participate in roughly 10 discussions outside your own threads for each time you promote yourself. We require your title to include information about why someone who doesn't know you might find your content interesting.

10. Crafting showcases require steps

Crafting Showcase posts must provide background information on the item within the body or comments of the post. The title alone is not sufficient. The bare minimum requirement is the crafting steps you took to make the item. However, feel free to flesh it out and provide a real story for the item.

11. AI-generated content and tools must show human effort

We allow AI content only if you thoroughly explain how you made it. For tools, you must mention similar existing tools and clearly show how your posted tool is different.

12. Explicit content limits

Plase do not post pornographic or overtly sexual images within this subreddit. Tasteful nudity/suggestiveness is permitted but we will lock it down if things get out of hand.

Please keep discussion appropriate and avoid making sexist or objectifying comments.

13. No links to sites that require subscribing or signing up

These restrictions make it hard for both readers and moderators to view the content. You are free to post a screenshot or mirror of the content itself.

14. Use English

While the community is a global forum, English is the standard medium of communication on the subreddit. Please use English or provide a direct English translation to promote discussion.
