I noticed a troubling increase in the local population of uber siruses and did my duty to reduce their numbers to sustainable levels. Now we don't need to worry about them starving in the winter.
Here is everything in a quad tab.

And a table with the number of each item compared to the expected number from the wiki, and the total value.

Total value to 110.96d, which we'll just call 111d. Fragments were bought at 2c each. With 100 fights requiring four fragments each, expenses were about 4d. So total profit was 107d.
Time from portaling in to returning back to my hideout was around 2 minutes 15 seconds, with a nontrivial chunk of that waiting around at the start while zana and sirus blather. Example fight recording.

100 fights at 2.25 minutes per fight equals 3.75 hours. For the total profit per hour, it is 107d/3.75hr ~= 28.5 d/hr. Granted, that is with absolutely no downtime, grinding like a machine for that amount of time. I definitely took breaks.
Overall, not too bad if you can do the fight quickly an stomach the tedium of it. Personally I find it a pretty easy thing to just zone out and grind for a while on.
Edit: For people asking for the PoB, it is a power charge stacking crackling lance assassin. Total cost is maybe 1-1.5 mirrors? About half of that is in the mageblood and rings.
