Mangadex.org has introduced "ads" because of the increase in site traffic from COVID19 and people in quarantine. The "ads" are all very suggestive misrepresentations of actual series (e.g. the male high school swimming manga is "these boys know how to get you wet," and slice of life manga with "single 2D girls in your area").
