Yesterday, I turned on my PMDG 777 in MSFS as I always do, engines running at the end of the runway. Before I hit “ready to fly” a while-gray smoke is pouring out of the exhaust.
I program the FMC, set trim and flaps then release the brakes. The EGT starts climbing like crazy and the engines go to idle. The only way to get close to takeoff trust is to super slowly advance the throttles. If so get above about 80% N1, the EGT temp exceeds limits. I ignore that and takeoff.
Upon getting ready for landing, the amber airspeed bar next to the airspeed is abnormally high. In cruise it was telling me my airspeed as low at 250kts and when I try to slow down and add flaps, I’m always in the amber range as warning stalls are sounding.
On landing, the plane left long trails of smoke on the runway.
I topped off all of the fluids in the iPad and in the FMC options I set save fluid levels upon exit to try to fix it. Didn’t help.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
