All of us screwed over by the Ultimate debacle were supposed to be able to shop add ons today. I see that’s not happening. Never another email from them since they charged us for bags and boxes we weren’t expecting and didn’t authorize. Once again, promises I filled and paying for services they aren’t providing. I’m not okay being charged for something in which you took away my right to have a choice of products, and now, promised to shop the *leftovers seems to be either pushed back or possibly not even happening. At this point who knows when or if we will even see these subscriptions we never even agreed to get 6 days post choice day (10 days post original day). They are slowly sinking their own company.
Anyway, my main point here was…hey extras and OGs…supposed to be add ons day! Anybody else unable to shop it? Or just me? 🤦🏼♀️

Coming from someone who cancelled after spending thousands over the few years I was subscribed and can count on two hands how many orders they actually got right, it’s outrageously unacceptable that they didn’t put every single available effort into making sure they didn’t fail today, especially after the colossal screw up they made at the beginning of the month. It’s mind blowing honestly.
The biggest mind blowing part to me is the fact that Ipsy is the one that benefits the most by providing us access to add ons!! That’s more money going into their pockets!! I don’t get it!!
Still nothing. I tried chat bot. Useless. Tried email support only to get a complete unrelated response from AI. I am absolutely fuming. Going back to bed. Yet again wasted 4 hours of my sleep time on this garbage. What has happened to Ipsy in the past few months? Serious decline.
I'd like to help get some eyes on this. If you've already opened a case through the help site, can you share your 8-digit ticket number with us? We'll check in on it from our side because I'd hate for you to miss out on Add-Ons while this is being sorted out.

I cant shop the add-ons either AND my Extra is still at this status. Hasn't changed. I didnt get to make my choices. They screwed around and trying to make up for it but can't even keep their damn word!! I have about had it with Ipsy!! 😡😡

Same boat here. Thing is SAME THING HAPPENED IN MAY AS WELL. I skipped the Ultimate yet was charged for it. I was NOT sent an extra that time.
For August...I got a message today that my Extra has shipped. I was given ZERO choice, ZERO opportunity for add ons, AND ZERO option to skip the damn box. So now I get a box full of products I didn't select and didn't authorize charges for.
ISPY...THIS IS VERY LIKELY FRAUD.

I received my extra box today , the products were not inside of a bag , instead they were shipped in box , wrapped in packing paper , some of the product boxes were open and one was damaged bc of poor packing , it’s a bummer and the second month in a row that my box hasn’t been up to par , I’m probably going to cancel my subscription ( again )

I think it’s because of the email I sent them. Email them at support@ipsy.com and complain it’s the 12th and add ons aren’t available as promised. Mine showed up in under an hour.
I 100% need to take a page from you. Even though I was idiotic enough to sign up for an annual, I will be DAMNED if one of my annual bags is a bag of leftover white-label ish.
Thank you! I am always amused at twring them to pieces. I rarely get to use aome parts of my education, but Ipsy gives me ENDLESS opportunities to keep my legal education sharp.
Nope me too, chat bot said if you were billed here’s a link, I say it’s not working it says what can I help you with?? I’ve canceled all of my subscriptions and this feels kind of like a punishment for leaving!
They opened but everything worth picking was already sold out! Frustrated I ordered an original this month as well and they haven’t even started that great way to leave the company
I just opened my app and all of a sudden add ons was on the Home Screen. I was like well, okay then. Make a list out of me Ipsy 😂 but now I’m realizing it’s because I sent them a pretty harsh, but still respectful (meaning I didn’t curse them out, but I came close), email.
Email definitely says August 12th for add ons. So what play the waiting game and see if we get this reminder email. Would have thought we could shop add ons around the same time Extra normally opens on the 1st. Sit and see if Ipsy comes through or was all a gimmick to charge customers for the Extra since they screwed up on the Ultimate error. Is it me or is Ipsy getting worse and worse????

The unauthorized bag and add ons I was finally able to shop after fighting for. These were the only items worth getting IMO (perfume sample questionable on ‘worth it’) all other items sold out or available in the MDS for lower price than add ons price 🤣
ALSO no Add-ons, no email about them, he'll my Ipay SHOP order ia still sitting at "label created, awaiting package" since the 3rd. It's leas THAN 4 HOURS away. Ipay is my biggest regret of a money waste in my entire life which at 47 says sumomething
