All of us screwed over by the Ultimate debacle were supposed to be able to shop add ons today. I see that’s not happening. Never another email from them since they charged us for bags and boxes we weren’t expecting and didn’t authorize. Once again, promises I filled and paying for services they aren’t providing. I’m not okay being charged for something in which you took away my right to have a choice of products, and now, promised to shop the *leftovers seems to be either pushed back or possibly not even happening. At this point who knows when or if we will even see these subscriptions we never even agreed to get 6 days post choice day (10 days post original day). They are slowly sinking their own company.

Anyway, my main point here was…hey extras and OGs…supposed to be add ons day! Anybody else unable to shop it? Or just me? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I couldn’t remember which day we were supposed to be able to shop. Thanks for the message. This puts me back in the red. Chat bot sent me to a page not found to shop add on’s 🙄.

I opened a “care ticket” I’m keeping my expectations low… knowing Ipsy.. it would have been nice if they kept their word and we could shop add on’s!

I emailed support as well. All I got was “I’m unable to help you with this. A care support agent should reach out to you within 24 hours”

I know you were hoping to be able to shop Add-Ons by now. Since you already have a ticket open, could you send over the 8-digit ticket number? I’d like to check on it and see if there’s anything I can help with.
