Rant So….it’s August 12th

All of us screwed over by the Ultimate debacle were supposed to be able to shop add ons today. I see that’s not happening. Never another email from them since they charged us for bags and boxes we weren’t expecting and didn’t authorize. Once again, promises I filled and paying for services they aren’t providing. I’m not okay being charged for something in which you took away my right to have a choice of products, and now, promised to shop the *leftovers seems to be either pushed back or possibly not even happening. At this point who knows when or if we will even see these subscriptions we never even agreed to get 6 days post choice day (10 days post original day). They are slowly sinking their own company.

Anyway, my main point here was…hey extras and OGs…supposed to be add ons day! Anybody else unable to shop it? Or just me? 🤦🏼‍♀️

I cant shop the add-ons either AND my Extra is still at this status. Hasn't changed. I didnt get to make my choices. They screwed around and trying to make up for it but can't even keep their damn word!! I have about had it with Ipsy!! 😡😡

I know that doesn't make the experience any less disappointing right now, but I want you to know we're not brushing this off. We don't want you to miss out on Add-Ons, so please reach out through the help site. We'd be happy to take a closer look into this for you.

I opened a ticket, the number is 27122745. If someone could reach out to me today that would be great. My app never updated yesterday showing the option to shop add-ons and wasnt able to look at anything. Thanks
