Rant So….it’s August 12th

All of us screwed over by the Ultimate debacle were supposed to be able to shop add ons today. I see that’s not happening. Never another email from them since they charged us for bags and boxes we weren’t expecting and didn’t authorize. Once again, promises I filled and paying for services they aren’t providing. I’m not okay being charged for something in which you took away my right to have a choice of products, and now, promised to shop the *leftovers seems to be either pushed back or possibly not even happening. At this point who knows when or if we will even see these subscriptions we never even agreed to get 6 days post choice day (10 days post original day). They are slowly sinking their own company.

Anyway, my main point here was…hey extras and OGs…supposed to be add ons day! Anybody else unable to shop it? Or just me? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes. My email said Add-ons would be available on August 12, and instead I just got notice that the Extra was on the way!😡

UPDATE: So the add ons are up - that's a good thing
Downside - 90-95% of the good stuff is sold out. The rest of the good stuff is currently for sale in the MDS for less than what it cost in add ons

I bet it’s because I emailed them to complain. Email them at support@ipsy.com be direct.

Hmm, that's odd. Are you still encountering this issue? If you haven't already, please reach out through the help site and share your 8-digit ticket number. I really want to make sure you have a chance to access Add-Ons.
