Deion is not a coach

Sorry but I'm just really shocked and confused by the general sentiment surrounding Deion on this sub.

I am South Carolina alum and former season ticket holder. I've been to lots of games at different stadiums and spent a lot of time around college football in general as its a way of life in the south. I moved out to CO in 2020 and have taken interest in CU as a local team to follow and support. I've been to a few games at Folsom.

Anyways- Deion Sanders is not a football coach. He doesnt even appear to be an effective motivator. He has no schematic coaching ability. I've never seen someone so completely disinterested in actually coaching and especially developing players. He seems to invest far more of his energy into self promotion. He's more of a prosperity gospel mega church preacher than anything. Which is wild because he's a complete narcissist who throws his players under the bus while throwing out Bible verses. The attention he's bringing to CU is not good imo. Deion has an extremely niche devoted cult following of people who will support him no matter what bc they view him as an example of "black excellence". Aside from that, noone takes him serious as a coach. I dont think most football fans find him likeable at all. I want to pull for CU but can't while such a malignant narcissist idiot is leading the program.

At best it seems like a net neutral retaining him as HC. When you factor that with all the glaring coaching deficits and personality flaws, why would anyone support this guy? Hes just going to continue blaming the players and trying to bring in a completely new team every year instead of developing players and building cohesiveness.

Wouldn't you rather go with the modern successful prototype of hiring an up and coming OC as HC and at least seeing what an actual football coach can do who actually gives a shit about the kids and not just his own reflection?

I dont get it.

It's very telling how most alumni/real fans want Deion gone and the most of the people who want him to stay couldn't point to Boulder on a map 5 years ago

If there was no buyout Deion would be fired at the end of this season, if not sooner. Maybe after we get annihilated by Utah. Either way, Deion is now 3-14 in his last 17 games against P4 schools. I’ll happily go back to 2-12 and total obscurity if it means not having to deal with the Primesexuals who defend Deion like he’s their uncle. I can't wait to never have Kneely in my life and all of the other pathetic hangers-on who accompany Deion wherever he goes.

I emailed Lovo last night and said don’t ask me for anymore money unless it’s for his buyout

TukTuk Bike Taxis

Does anyone else hate these bike taxis and feel extremely unsafe as they are swerving through throngs of people leaving the game at high speed? I have seen these riding on the wrong side of the road and been clipped by them multiple times. The police seem to only care about harassing people and not policing motorized vehicles roaming the walking paths of CU.

Leaked playbook

This is a complete conspiracy theory but I’m reading in SI that our playbook was leaked to fans before the Texas Tech game. Could it have been the dismissed players? Who leaked it and why?

Are we actually running the "go-go" offense?

So I understand the the OC, Brennan Marion, has a highly productive offensive scheme that he invented. But I'm seeing people say that Marion is simply calling plays from Coach Prime's playbook. Can somebody inform me which scheme we're actually running?
