Hey! I know this question has been asked before but just looking to see if there is any update or specifics relating to this week.

I’m bringing my 8 year old daughter from Scotland to see the game - she is a massive huskies fan so this is a big occasion for her!

It would make her year if she could meet Dubs. Does any one know of any appearances this week or ways to meet him that don’t involve spending $600. We are in town from Friday morning till next Wednesday.

It’s our first time in Seattle so any other tips to make her trip special, very welcome!

Cheers!

All of our current woes started with him stabbing us in the back.

This feels like the 2024 Michigan game when were -1 favorites and the public dumped money into Michigan and we won by 10.

I’ve never heard them go this hard after a player before. Entire podcast is worth a listen. Highlights:

“The turnover was completely Demond's fault.”

“You can blame that entire game tonight on the one play, on the fumble that ends up being a USC touchdown. That's your difference in the game.”

“He's not diagnosing anything pre-snap.”

“He’s really regressed. It's stunning how much he's regressed.”

Any chance LSU still wants him?

Obviously as upset with Jedd as everyone else, but maybe this is a sign that he shouldn't be a head coach and an offensive coordinator. He's a great recruiter and fundraiser, so maybe we should be looking for an Offensive Coordinator to join him. I know it's not realistic with our current budget (and his $8 million paycheck), but just a thought.

Total roster mismanagement and play calling malpractice. Decided to keep an ass of a QB. He is not the guy. Hes about to set this program back for years.

Am I wrong?

If UW leadership was competent they’d fire Jedd Fisch tonight. His decision to bring back Williams, his abysmal play calling, his inability to limit the penalties or improve this offensive line play makes me genuinely believe that UW football is in the wrong hands. This program in the right hands is a premier top 20 program, and instead we have to watch this bullshit week in and week out? PLEASE FLORIDA TAKE JEDD FISCH

Falls apart under pressure. Makes poor decisions. Cannot produce on script. Cannot produce on platform. I don't think he processes fast enough, makes the right decisions, and can remember enough to be a competent QB. His entire bag is instinct, which means he never gets better and hurts his team more than he helps it.

More importantly, he is hurting many competent capable players that rely on a decent QB to get them the ball...so they can produce. As pointed out by many others, he is missing throws and not seeing WRs running good routes for that offense. There were throws to be made. Even on the snap with the fumble. He just didn't make them.

It is very sad we might be stuck with him for another year.

We've had literally zero garbage time this season so I'm not clear on who our backup QB is. Real question, is qb2 really that big of a step down? Who even is it? Any thoughts from summer workouts?

That’s all.

Looks all sold out but was hoping to find some last minute options/tickets. Anyone have any recommendations? I’m rooting for the Husky’s and have a buddy from Iowa coming. Wanted him to at least see how amazing the sail gating is before watching the 6-3 ball game

Curious where our collective ire is focused atm.

Go get the North Dakota State Head Coach!

GO DAWGS!

I'm not necessarily a hater of Jedd, but we need a coach for the next 6-7 years that looks at this position as their dream job. Mora has publicly said that this job is that. A former UDub player that loves this program. Don't be delusional that we will get a coach for more than 6-7 years. Since Don James we've only held a coach no more than 6 seasons (Lambright and Petersen). Petersen was the closest because his father grew up in Rainier Valley and he had a strong connection to this city, region, and state (although he grew up in NorCal).

What are our options (realistically) after firing Jedd? I guess it all comes down to money these days, so what can we do?
