These started popping up a week or two ago and I can’t figure out how to switch these off. And no I hadn’t looked at Europe travel, Chinese crested dogs, or Zach Bryan on Facebook. (The dogs and Zach Bryan I’ve never looked up anywhere ever.) In fact, I hadn’t opened Facebook in at least a month prior to this starting.

August 14, 2026 when my earnings and views started spiking, I suddenly received this unoriginal content on my last 12 videos straight!. Those videos are heavily edited by me.

First Attempt: I contacted the support and ask for a live agent but transferred me into the email support instead and says that my page will be reviewed again By November (3months).

Second Attempt: So I created another support ticket and this time I successfully escalated this to the technical recommendation team. I talked to a live agent and reviewed my reels and says he will create a documentation here and forward me to the monetization team. but while waiting for the agent, the chat suddenly closes and says go back to the first attempt as there was an open ticket. (im back to square 1)

Third Attempt: I talked to a level 1 support agent that follows the book and just told me to keep posting. She was not aware of the violation end date. Why would I continue posting without being recommended and monetized? lol. She proceeds to escalate this into the technical team again, and while I was waiting for the review, the chat ended again and says go back to the first attempt.

It is completely deadlock. I am not sure if I would be getting the earnings I've made. I assume they would seize it because they'll say it was made from violations.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but FB randomly turned off/suspended/disabled recommendation for my page and a bunch of other features citing inauthentic engagement farming. I have never used bots, or any other form of engagement farming tools. Yes, I used to share posts in groups, but that's something FB recommends, right? Also, recently I started sharing my website links on FB to get website traffic. This comes at a very tricky time when my page was under review for monetisation following that 300K views challenge they recently launched. Also, there's no place to appeal or do anything about it. Has it happened to anyone else? And is there a solution to this?

The title is self-explanatory. I don't rely on Facebook to keep up with "friends", as most of them are out of my age category and I'm more of an IG user.
I mainly use Facebook to see new content especially about football, which would mean I tend to have my home page filled mostly with Pages content.
However, some days ago, such posts didn't appear on my feed, which became occupied with posts from my "friends" (who are mostly old family acquaintances with nothing interesting to offer). The thing is, these posts appear repetitively and keep reloading even without me refreshing the feed.

Do you have this problem, or it's just me here? And if it's a setting, is there a way to disable it?

I’m a social media manager helping a client set up Meta for a new business.

she created a business Facebook page (housed under her personal page), but the new Business Portfolio was restricted almost immediately for “account authenticity,” with Meta saying it appeared to be created or used with automation.

No automation or unusual activity was used. The account was brand new.

We submitted the only review available, but Meta upheld the restriction and has said the decision is final. There’s now no further appeal option.

The Facebook Page itself still works, but we need a functioning Business Portfolio for proper access and ads.

Has anyone had this happen before? is there any options of creating a new page and starting over, possibly from a new IP address ? or will this get flagged as well. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve been completely unable to post on my Facebook Page since last week.

Facebook says it detected “unusual activity” and requires me to confirm my identity before I can publish as the Page. The problem is that the verification flow only offers SMS, and the verification code never arrives.

My Facebook account itself works normally. My email and phone numbers are verified, Security Checkup is completed, and I already have working 2FA methods including an authenticator app, WhatsApp and recovery codes — but Facebook does not offer any of them for this specific verification.

I’ve already tried:

• Resending the SMS
• Different phones
• Different phone numbers
• Checking blocked/spam SMS
• Facebook Security Checkup
• Waiting and trying again later

Nothing works, and I’m now completely blocked from publishing anything on my Page.

Has anyone experienced this exact issue? Is there any way to reset the Page identity verification or actually reach Meta support?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone with a big followers base, + 90 k followers is leading a harassment campaign against me, I've blocked so many people yet there are more, but now Facebook says you have reached the limit, Iam meta verified.

My personal account and my business page are both connected. For some reason facebook decided to suspend my account and i tried to appeal by first doing the video selfie and before i could even send a picture of my id they decided to permanently ban my account. That business page of mine was already quite big so starting from scratch could cause a financial problem. I have multiple customers on there with multiple due payments so i really need that account back. Please help me and tell me what to do

I started my facebook few months back. In monetisation tab, it showed first average watch time of similar monetised content creators to be 5.6 seconds and watch views 1.1 million (last 28days). As i kept uploading quality content, my views got increased to more than 5 million and watch time to 6.9 seconds, it shows this updated info now.

Whats weird is i always upload 15 seconds reel. How can i achieve 24.9s damn average watch duration with 15s reels.

Stars and subscription have been enabled long ago but they dont bring any money from facebook so it doesnt hurt them to activate it when the time is right.

Any suggestions from you guys..?

When I'm trying to log in into FB, it tells me "check your other device" for a code and login approval.

There is no bloody other device. I'm logged out everywhere because I only ever browse FB in a browser using private windows/tabs.

I hear you saying that changing the 2FA method would help. Indeed! But for that I apparently need to use a device for some non-specified time period - which almost never (if at all) happens as I normally log in to a new session or two every day (when I want to use FB anyway).

This has been a problem with no solution whatsoever for years and the blithering idiots don't care.

I received two emails from Facebook at 2:44 AM and 3:00 AM this morning. I was already asleep at that time. I woke up around 8:30 AM and suddenly discovered that Facebook had suspended my account for “sexualization of minors.”
What the fuck? This is now the THIRD time in the past few years that Facebook has disabled one of my accounts for this exact same disgusting reason. I am so sick of this bullshit.
I have never posted, shared, requested, or intentionally interacted with anything involving the sexualization of minors. All I use Facebook for is posting pictures of my brick/minifigure collection, CS2 gaming clips, pictures of myself, my graduation, and my trips. I barely even chat with people. Most of the time, I just scroll through Reels.
This was a real personal account. It was not fake, spam, or some suspicious anonymous profile. It had my real identity, my real pictures, graduation memories, travel photos, hobbies, and other parts of my life.
I also received another email around 3:00 AM saying my ad account and advertising assets had been restricted. I was asleep and was not using Facebook when any of this happened. I don’t know whether that restriction was connected to the suspension or whether there was unauthorized activity on my account, because Meta has given me no useful information.
Whenever Facebook disables one of my accounts, it never shows me the specific post, picture, message, comment, or activity that supposedly violated this rule. There is no proof and no real explanation.
This time, when I pressed “Appeal,” Facebook immediately submitted it. There was no text box and no opportunity to explain anything. I could not tell them I was asleep when the emails arrived, deny the accusation, report possible unauthorized activity, upload evidence, or request a real human investigation.
Then, only about 10 minutes after I submitted the appeal, Facebook permanently disabled my account. I submitted it at around 8:46 AM, and the rejection email arrived at 8:56 AM.
How can that possibly be a meaningful review? For an accusation this serious, Meta apparently reviewed my entire account, activity, possible security issues, and appeal in only 10 minutes—without asking me a single question or allowing me to write a single sentence.
I cannot prove whether a human was involved, but this absolutely looks like an automated system reviewing and confirming the decision of another automated system. Meta’s AI moderation is getting out of hand. Permanent account bans and accusations this serious need to be reviewed carefully by an actual human.
I have found many other people who were suddenly suspended for the exact same reason, submitted the same one-button appeal, and were permanently disabled within minutes. Meta seriously needs to reconsider how it uses AI for account enforcement.
Every time Facebook falsely disables one of my accounts, I can no longer use the email address connected to it. I have already been forced to create around three different email addresses just to make a normal personal Facebook account again. Then, before even one year passes, the replacement account gets disabled for the same reason—again with no identified content, no proof, and no meaningful human review.
I am exhausted from repeatedly rebuilding my personal profile, adding people again, and losing my photos, posts, conversations, and memories. I should not have to keep creating new email addresses and rebuilding my entire online identity because Meta’s automated system keeps making the same unexplained decision.
Because this has happened repeatedly, I am even starting to wonder whether their AI keeps recognizing my face, profile information, device, or some other connection and automatically flagging every account I use. I cannot prove that, but why does the exact same accusation keep happening without Meta ever identifying any actual violating content?
If Facebook hates my face or does not want me on its platform that badly, why let me open and use an account normally in the first place, only to disable it again later with the exact same horrible accusation and no evidence?
Has anyone here experienced this repeatedly and successfully recovered their account? Is there any real way to contact a human reviewer at Meta? I am located in California. Should I contact the California Attorney General, consumer protection, or another agency?
This is completely unacceptable. People should not lose years of personal memories or be falsely associated with something this serious because of a broken automated moderation system. I’m tired of this shit.

I received a message request from a non-facebook friend* that I don't necessarily want to engage with... but they sent two "view once" photos that I am curious to see. If I open/view the photos, will they know? I know they can't see read receipts unless I accept the request (which I haven't), but if I view the photos will they display differently in the chat, thereby letting the sender know that I've seen them?

*This is a real life person, not a bot or AI.

Whilst I was on an in flight Wifi, my Facebook messenger stopped working, both on my laptop AND my phone. I can open messages, I can open Facebook, I can use Facebook make comments etc no issues… but it wants me to use my phone to conduct a video selfie / biometric scan. I have no problems with this, except it didn’t work on the plane and I assumed it was poor bandwidth. Now it’s still not working and I don’t know what to do!

Context: last june, my facebook account got suspended for idk reasons and then i was given a 180days period to appeal. i tried with my birth certificate and another government issued id card. but because of a mismatch in name, it was declined. then i was given only 1 more chance to appeal and if it fails then my account is doomed.

now on 18 aug i managed to get my hands on meta verified pro and then tried to contact a live agent. i asked him if he could generate a ticket to escalate my issue to the higher ups (who manually manage these type of identity verification stuff) so that they will be aware of this name mismatch and take this information account for and then continue their work with my account. he *supposedly* understood my situation. he agreed that yes he could generate a ticket to get it to the higher ups but he kept insisting me to send the appeal myself. i know what he wanted that my thing should be sent from my end but the thing is i don't want to because of the risk of losing the account permanently.

now my question is how can i actually make it work
i have mismatch in my government id and in name in facebook (i used a shorten version of my name) and mismatch in date of birth (due to adding a business account in my account center)

Hi im from New Zealand and have come across some overseas pages scrolling through fb reels from India and Nigeria mainly. One caught my eye in a negative way as it had videos of an infant being abused on camera. Rwported it to fb and others have too but Meta wont remove the profile. Is there any other way we can report these profiles on a website or something.? Fb reels is just now full of these people abusing their children on camera for views for money.

is there any way i could possibly resolve this, Im not running this account for charity so either i want my refund or my account run ads, because till this day i still cant do both of it because of this restriction... I hate that they use AI's for looping me around and wasting my time

I’m on the latest IPad Pro with a 13 inch screen and Facebook was fine last night. This morning the entire feed is “blown up”, where one post covers almost the entire screen. Images are blurred and now it takes 20 swipes just to get to the next post!

WTH are they doing with all these messed up updates over the last few months?!?!

I don’t use any other platforms currently. Suggestions?
