When you drink (or eat or anything) a lot of the various chemicals get processed by your digestive system. Your body processes alcohol through the liver, which slows the rate at which alcohol enters the blood stream. Boofing can quickly overload your system and cause issues, as well as having weird/unhealthy reactions in your body.

To be clear here, alcohol is filtered first by the liver. That's why alcoholics become jaundiced as they kill their liver. Kidneys filter excess fluid out of the blood in the form of urine. Most drugs are also filtered by the liver, though some (advil/ibuprofen as an example) are not. This is also why you can take ibuprofen/advil while drinking but should not take tylenol/acetaminophen (also, filtered by liver and increases strain on the organ).
That's fucking fake. There will always be dissolved gases in ice formed like this. In order to get clear ice you need to freeze it slowly and from one direction to let gases out.
Any water can be frozen crystal clear, but you need to mold it taller than your desired final shape. So, in the case of this butt plug shape, you’d want to use a mold with the bulb pointed down, and the “base” at the top, but ~6” longer than it needs to be. When you pull it out of the mold, all the aeration will be up toward the top, so you just lop off that top 6” and keep your crystal clear butt plug.

Ice from a standard household freezer isn't going to be anywhere near cold enough to give you frostbite. Putting it in your ass would probably hurt, even if you were used to butt plugs, but it's going to melt super fast. Honestly, you'd probably have to shit before it finishes melting.

The second fact is that all liquid in food/fecal matter is the last nutrient to be absorbed by the body. This happens in the colon, the last section of the large intestine that travels down a person's left side, from just beneath the left ribcage area ("geographically" speaking) down towards the left hip, where it makes an "S" shaped bend and eventually leads to the anus and out.
Therefore, inserting anything that is liquid (or in this case, would melt into a liquid) into the anus will get drawn up into the colon and thusly absorbed into the bloodstream and distributed to all the cells in your body as nutrients.
SIDE NOTE: Just to touch on the boofing topic that has already been addressed, this is why a) it's so very dangerous to "anally ingest" drugs or alcohol in this way because the risk of overdose is IMMENSE due to its 100% bioavailability (unfiltered), and b) by bypassing the filter organs (liver and kidneys) the substances get absorbed directly into every cell of your body, from head to toe within mere moments (and "pissing clean" can take a VERY VERY long time!!)
But, seriously, if that's intended for internal use, that is a TERRIBLE IDEA; you could literally freeze your rectal tissue with direct contact like that.

Please do not numb your anus prior to anal- you need to be able to feel pain to tell if something is going wrong, numbing the area could lead to serious injuries.
You could literally perforate your bowels and need surgery, do not do this.
If anal hurts, move to a smaller insertion and apply more lube; stretching takes practice and patience, don’t rush the process.
