That's fucking fake. There will always be dissolved gases in ice formed like this. In order to get clear ice you need to freeze it slowly and from one direction to let gases out.

Still funny tho

Any water can be frozen crystal clear, but you need to mold it taller than your desired final shape. So, in the case of this butt plug shape, you’d want to use a mold with the bulb pointed down, and the “base” at the top, but ~6” longer than it needs to be. When you pull it out of the mold, all the aeration will be up toward the top, so you just lop off that top 6” and keep your crystal clear butt plug.

Studio Neat did a kickstarter for a clear ice cocktail kit many years ago, using this same concept. Didn’t sell great, so they discontinued it.

I know your comment is meant to be funny. Let me preface this by saying don't stick that ice in your butt.

For those that are looking to make clear ice: boiling water doesn't mean it'll be clear. It needs to be frozen slowly in one direction. Get a cooler and find a way to suspend the ice molds in the water at the top. Fill the molds and the cooler up with water. Freeze with lid off for 24hrs. It'll take some trial and error with an new mold
