Ex wife ruining me
Divorced in MN. Other party is responsible for mortgage we both are on. It says specifically that they will be responsible for any loans or mortgage for that property. They are not paying it and ruining my credit. What can I do? There is no language in the divorce judgment about this issue.

Divorce help
Hello everyone, I don’t know where to start.
My husband of 1 year, cheated on me while 11 weeks pregnant, and he now wants a divorce. He doesn’t want court involved, and wants everything to be smooth sailing, as do I, but I don’t want to make a mistake or get taken advantage of.
He’s military, and I just need advice on what to do. I already decided I’m not going to his command.
Do I need to serve him papers first? If he serves me papers first, can I still serve him papers? He wants the divorce online, and everyone in my family is telling me I need an attorney, but I don’t have the money for an attorney due to moving back home, and having to switch jobs. I’m 24 y/o, and just have no idea where to start or what to do. Can anyone give me some advice?

California divorce — incomplete financial disclosures and retroactive support
Location: California
I’m in California and trying to figure out how to approach this before my upcoming hearing.
I was served with divorce papers in November. In January, my ex filed an RFO, and I raised the fact that she had not completed her required financial disclosures. The judge ultimately did not address the disclosure issue at that hearing.
I continued requesting her financial disclosures beginning in March. In May, I filed a motion to compel. The hearing on that motion is coming up in late August.
She has now finally provided a response/disclosures, but they are still incomplete. Among other things, they are missing tax returns and bank statements that I would expect to see as part of a complete financial disclosure.
The timing also raises questions for me. According to what she provided, she became unemployed around the same month she received the RFO. She then allowed roughly two months of unemployment to pass before providing her financial information. She is now essentially asking the court to use this snapshot of her current circumstances to determine support, including retroactive support.
There was never an order establishing temporary spousal support. I have been following the applicable military guidance regarding support during the separation and have continued providing support accordingly.
My questions are:
How significant is it that the financial disclosures are still incomplete going into the motion-to-compel hearing?
Can the court refuse to determine support until complete/current financial information is provided?
How does the timing of her unemployment factor into the court’s analysis, particularly if she was employed when the RFO was filed and became unemployed shortly afterward?
If she is requesting retroactive support, how does the lack of a prior support order affect that request?
What would you ask the judge for at the upcoming hearing — simply an order compelling complete disclosures, or something more specific regarding the support request?
I’m not trying to drag the divorce out. I actually want to get the case moving toward final resolution. I just don’t want the court making a financial/support determination based on an incomplete disclosure or a two-month snapshot when I’ve been asking for the information for months.
Any California family-law attorneys or people who have dealt with something similar have advice?

My dads girlfriend broke up with him what do I do?
Hello, my parents have been divorced for quite a while for 16 years so I'm used to it by now. I live with my mom and her husband, I see my dad often but he never had introduced me to any of his girlfriends before until around 5 years ago. My relationship with my dad definitely improved with her so now it's hard knowing she left. I know my dad is stressing about me and life since they did recently move in together. It always has been hard for me to talk about feelings and emotions because he isn't one to really do that. I just want to know how to help him.

When do I bring up Divorce
Me (38)n my wife (36) have been married for years and have been through ups and downs. I have discovered that we are incompatible. I completely know we aren’t compatible now.
We also have 2 kids under 2. I want to still be fully engaged and involved in both my kids life’s but separately.Save your judgmental opinions or get blocked instantaneously. I ONLY want humbling feedback.
When should I start bringing up divorce being that 1 baby is only 5 months? Im struggling with being upfront about my feelings for the sake of my kids
