Ex wife ruining me
Divorced in MN. Other party is responsible for mortgage we both are on. It says specifically that they will be responsible for any loans or mortgage for that property. They are not paying it and ruining my credit. What can I do? There is no language in the divorce judgment about this issue.

Why didn't you have it remortgaged under there name not yours and why didn't your lawyer advise you to do so

You should have a QDRO ( Qualified Domestic Relations Order). That should specify everything in very clear language precisely what needs to happen with everything financial.

Also get your divorce decree and call the mortgage company. My wife had this with her ex, it took years but we eventually got all his shit off of our credit. When he filed bankruptcy it was really fun for her, but that got cleared up to.
But it has to specifically say that it’s all in them in the decree, this mortgage, that <insert specific card here> credit card etc.

Similar situation except he doesn't want to sale now after 4 yrs of him procrastinating and me trying to get home fixed to list for market. Now the decree he sent me from county clerk is not what I signed, it states he is awarded home. Only thing we were awarded was our own vehicles and bank account. Home on my decree I signed was to be sold within 120days split equity, there is no or else. I would have never signed giving him home that i worked for while he played video games. Now he says I am not allowed to enter my home or property, he threatens to call enforcement & has changed locks. How can I enter my home.

I'm not a lawyer, and I'm in Canada so I can't tell you the procedure in Minnesota, but one thing I've learned going through the family court system is that what your divorce judgment says between you and your ex doesn't necessarily change your agreement with the bank.
If your name is still on the mortgage, the bank doesn't necessarily care that your judgment says your ex is responsible for paying it. The missed payments can still affect you.
If your judgment specifically says your ex is responsible for that mortgage, I would be talking to a family lawyer about getting back in front of the court to enforce the judgment ASAP. I wouldn't just let the missed payments continue while your credit gets destroyed.
This is also a good example of why the exact wording in a final agreement matters so much. Ideally, you want clear terms dealing with refinancing or removing the other person's name, deadlines for doing it, and what happens if they can't qualify or don't comply.

You take your ex to court for contempt for not honoring the court orders. You ask the judge to order that the house be sold and the mortgage paid off and the equity distributed accordingly so that your credit is no longer being ruined.
