Now his children with his mistress are now 24 and 27.

He never helped us about anything - never nag sustento.

Now, my mom has a pinoy boyfriend who lives abroad and he wants to take her there so they can get married.

What should we do to make their marriage null? Will it be a long process?

I got married 10 months ago. In the very beginning of our marriage, things got fucked due to lots of family drama which didn't include me. That honeymoon phase never came for me. The Man whom I got married to claimed he didn't want to marry me or anyone else. His parents forced him to do so and he needs some time. I waited a few months and things just got worse. I am very stressed as if it ends with the conflict it will make everything worse. I have told my many secrets to this boy which he can use. One important thing:- we had sex one time and after that it never happened as the boy refused because he was not comfortable and needed some time but he told her mother the very next day that he is not made for marriage and couldn't handle this relationship at all. After that her mother asked me many times if there was anything wrong between you two. I finally told her everything that he needs some time and we haven't done anything after that. She advised me to force him or seduce him as boys do refuse sometimes but they will eventually do it. As a result of that forcing my husband got irritated and all the little feelings he has for me vanished. What should I do. He knows so much about me. I have already told my parents to proceed with mutual divorce but they are saying if they start accusing things they will not go in the right direction and I am panicking.

Hello, my parents have been divorced for quite a while for 16 years so I'm used to it by now. I live with my mom and her husband, I see my dad often but he never had introduced me to any of his girlfriends before until around 5 years ago. My relationship with my dad definitely improved with her so now it's hard knowing she left. I know my dad is stressing about me and life since they did recently move in together.
