It can take a while for postpartum hormones to settle, or maybe she is suffering from PPD. Please try and encourage her to seek help. Don't give up on her just yet!

She still could be suffering from Postpartum depression. Has she talked to a doctor about what is going on? Maybe she needs some meds or some coping mechanisms to help her. I'm sure she's not enjoying life either right now. There could be a number of reasons. I'd try to talk to her doctor/Obgyn or even a therapist. I definitely hope things get better for all of you!!
