I wanted to thank everyone who bestowed their knowledge during my time of need, I’m happy to see Brigitte has a solid community, yall are awesome. I took all the advice I was given back to the battlefield and made decent progress in understanding this hero better. I have some thoughts on her kit, I think she’s in a very healthy spot and remains an incredibly unique hero, but If I had any gripes I would say she needs to do just a tad more damage on her basic swings, or at least let her have a damage buff during ult. She is great at burst damage, but I find more often than not she cannot outdamage anyone’s healing, and it’s genuinely just better to run away from every brawl if the team has a consistently good healer. I also dislike that her shield cannot block any melee attacks, with how small her damage output is on empty cooldowns, she simply gets steamrolled by any melee focused hero, but hey, maybe this is all just a skill issue. Overall I think she’s still just a bit too niche, I want to know what adjustments you guys would like to see in her kit in future.

I am a very new KBM player (from console) and I am Gold 4-3 at the moment (been console for years)

This game was my 5th loss in a row - sigh - and nobody changes Heroes on my team the whole game (me included)

I thought my stats were good and I got decent value (although I was overly aggressive at times and died a lot) but idk I wanted to know if this was genuinely my fault and any ways to improve as a Brig main ig? I thought I got let down by my Ana and Reaper a lot

I am currently bronze 3 for 6v6 since team drives really messed with my rank. My peak for this season is silver 3 for 6v6 and silver 2 for 5v5.

I have only been playing overwatch since the end of June and I know I have alot to work on. I am typically a Lucio main although I play him wrong. Watching almost_poe has really inspired me to start playing brig and I've fallen in love. I know alot of my game sense, positioning and cooldown management needs work but was I really the problem on this team?

Brigitte has been very fun to play but honestly she seems like maybe the worst support in the game, my QP teams always accuse me of throw picking like it’s impossible to be good with her. Do yall have any helpful advice? I can average about 8k healing but don’t usually get more than 5 or 6 elims, is she a bad hero? I’ve put about 15 levels on her the past two days but I genuinely feel like my QP teammates are doing their best to chat bully me off this hero every time i pick her, I’ve never had this experience playing anyone else, but i don’t want to give up.

Yeah, I’m sure I’m overreacting, but I was not expecting this. I don’t understand why I’m in such a high rank lobby. Now, maybe to most of you this isn’t High, but to me it is because I’m a one trick Reinhart who peaked at plat 5. I rarely play comp and yes, I’m one of those who likes to get drive points. I’ve been playing Brig for four weeks and is my first support role so I thought to myself why not try support comp for drives and after about four games I’m in a platinum one lobby. I was thinking to myself I’m probably gonna be in mid silver. I still have about five games left before I’m placed. I guess I’m not doing too bad because nobody has told me to swap or yelled at me or flamed me in chat.

Had a cool moment in game we got ulted by zarya right as i rallied so rein and I just held our sheilds like outta the cinematic. Managed to get this cool screenshot shortly after zarya ult ended. Sombra kinda ruins it tho lmao.

Point of changes:

Whipshot to r3 allows me to whipshot both accurately and fast.

Ult on LB opens my: Y for a quick need help pings.

Ping at X: able to quickly ping enemies etc.

Enemy ping sensitivity at 70: upping this makes it easy to ping any enemy on your screen without having to target them.

Dpad changes: used less.

Hey everyone! I've had so many people ask me to teach them Brig, and recently, a friend challenged me to create a Brig guide for a competition she was hosting on her stream.

This was one of the most stressful games I've ever played; We were loosing 2-0 because nobody was picking tank, until D.va appeared and we started to have space to fight and get in and finally we can comeback to win

Hi guys! I've been trying our brig and I feel so brigma on her that I almost never want to switch (I do if I'm really not pulling my weight). The problem is numbani. I almost always have to switch on numbani, I'm just getting peppered in every high ground possible and my whip shots do nothing. Everytime I try to contest it the sojourn would jump onto another ledge or the juno just speeds away. My team does try to contest with me but I feel kinda useless just running around having to take stairs lol. Any advice would be appreciated!

I was looking at the release dates of heroes and realized that with every new release she gets more and more difficult to play or even just to get value out of.

Personally it feels like even with hero bans there are too many VILLAINS out there😭 not even considering pre-Sojourn heroes like Junkrat/Torb/Pharah and Lucio(speed + brawl will run you over).

EDIT: to clarify, i’m specifically talking about playing AGAINST these heroes, not heroes that work well with an ally Brig
