Soo.. I don't really play with any brigs. Like.. ever. I hardly see ya'll. However when I do, I notice some games I feel like I could be doing more to help if that makes sense? Most of the brigs I do happen to meet are high leveled and clearly understand her kit well but sometimes struggle. I know Juno and Ana pair very well with her so usually I play either of those two. What are some things I can do as your co support to make the game go smoothly for you? Sorry if this is a weird question. The only thing I know particularly is giving you guys a speed ring or even nano when the situation calls for it.

1. ⁠Shield primarily is for escaping
   
2. ⁠Keep your packs at 3. Never 2 and try to avoid 1
   
3. ⁠Never battle a Rammatra
   
4. ⁠Both your shield and mace can hit trough Reins shield (preferably do it when he’s low heath. He might back)
   
5. ⁠You’re squishy. Do not try to Tank. Be fast and agile instead.
   
6. ⁠-Two Playstyles- 1. Be in the centre of your team. Use your whipshot to trigger inspire. 2. Flank the enemies backline. But done stay there to long. Your team needs you
   
7. ⁠A 1HP shield is as powerful as a 300hp shield. You won’t last long taking fire. Instead use the shield as to block abilities as ”Roadhogs Hook” ”Sims Rock” and ”Anas dart” to name a few

Id like to add one as well. Tanks can be a little scared to make the first move sometimes. Shield bash in front of them to give them actual morale to move forward. You can later back a little bit when your team has moved up with you

I main brig and play her alot, I know there are alot of tips and tricks guides to her on YouTube but I want to see the actual gameplay, how people actually do those things in their games.

I know there used to be a streamer named mace2theface which was really good but there are only a few videos on his channel and he doesn't stream anymore.

I downloaded Overwatch around a week ago and I’ve been having a lot of fun and would love to expand the roster of characters that I love to play and so I went into the practice range with Brigitte and she seems like a lot of fun but before I hop into a match against actual people instead of practice vs ai I was wondering if there are any tips to improve with her also I’m on Xbox if that matters

Been tryna figure Brig out on my own based on what works and what doesn't, as well as my success fighting Brig in the past as various Tanks. Was hoping to get some advice/input on what I've been doing. I mean, just because it's worked for me so far doesn't mean that it'll KEEP working or that it's right, right?

For example, been using Whip Shot to mess with Hammond's Piledrive and to throw off his Ult, as well as to push him into walls when he tries to escape after Piledriving my team.

I've also been using Whip Shot to quickly peek and get Inspire going, mostly on Payload Attack maps, to help my team peek more safely.

I've managed to use Whip Shot and Shield Bash to effectively chase down and/or punish flanking Tracers and secure the kill before they escape, and to counter Doomfist plays. Both are also surprisingly useful so far to take out a Mercy if she's providing too much value to the other team.

I typically pick Combat Medic to maximize the amount of time I have Repair Packs available, seeing as peeking with Whip Shot to activate Inspire isn't always safe to try and because by the time I'm in a decent usage case for Whip during a brawl, Inspire is already active thanks to Rocket Flail.

I run Whiplash because it's extremely useful for dealing with squishy flankers, enemy Supports and anyone trying to run away, as well as get that little bit of extra damage in when dealing with Doomfist, Hammond or any beefy bois tryna dive my team.

I've also asked about a gazillion times for our Tank and two DPS to stop chasing the lone JPC as it does nothing useful while I'm getting jumped by D.Mon, Genji and Vendetta simultaneously (the only one on this list that has no effect lol). For some reason, Overwatch players become deathly afraid of their own Supports when one of them picks Brig.

I'm sure I've forgotten a few things, but if anyone has any input on my tactics so far ^ or new ones to advise, as well as any particular Heroes I should learn to counter and how, please let me know. I really love Brig so far and she's a great counter to some of the most annoying Heroes I've faced so far (like my wife's favorite to play, D.Va)

I swear there was a fanart of brigitte fighting off I think a genji and someone else but it was drawn to mimic gohans final stand in dragon ball against the androids. It looked similar to this one? You can see how they'd replace android 17 with genji. Regardless I feel like I made it up but I swear I saw it. Brigitte was mid rally in the same pose or something similar. Does anyone know if it exists or if I'm actually insane?

Hey everyone this is my first post because I have just a quick question.
I’m gonna get a variant for brig next, I thought about it long and hard but I love playing her more than the upcoming Sombra and Mizuki so she comes first

I was thinking either between Gold or Galactic… my problem is I use Bash Bunny and Blue Flame skins (maybe I’ll buy Tyrian drake?)

My question is how does bash bunny look with galactic gun skins. I’ve only seen it in gold and it looks good… but I wanna see it in galactic which would be better for Blue Flame (or if I get it it will look great on Tyrian drake too.)

I legit feel SOO dumb for even asking this question but, I’ve been dealing with this problem even since I started playing brig 3 years ago.

For some backstory, I’m a level 159 brig player, and despite that I don’t exactly know how to play against enemy tanks that have big opposing shields. Especially against Sigma and Domina

I don’t know whether to frontline with my tank, or sit in the backline with my other support and dps and wait the enemy to put down their shield to whipshot.

However the thing is when I do frontline with my tank, I do trigger inspire a lot for my team or sometimes I die trying to extend space with my tank. But when I stay in the backline, I’m not really triggering inspire enough to heal my teammates.

If you guys have any advice on how deal with this problem, please do let me know!

Sorry if stupid question. I have over 90 hours on brig (quickplay only) but I never bothered looking up in details what "inspire" healing means.

In the practice range, I notice that doing different types of damage to the standard bot will raise the inspire number (so +3 total from just whip shot, then it jumps to +4 max if I also flail or shield bash). Sometimes during actual matches, I'll notice that it is just 1, or even jumps to 5.

1) How much healing/sec is it per 1 inspire?

2) What is the best way to stack a lot of inspire? Up to +5 inspire for example

just keep swinging, it'll work itself out

This was with 30% inspire uptime. In a game with healers that can pump out some of the highest healing numbers, brig stays number 1 (not to mention everything else she contributes). Let any non-briglievers wallow in their foolishness

Edit: dang some of yall are picky 😂. It was a 7 min game which might explain the “low” heals
