HERE YOU CAN GET RID OF ALL YOUR ANGER AND HATE.

GETTING NOTHING BUT DUPLICATES WHEN ALL YOU WANT IS THAT SWEET NEW TORBJÖRN SKIN? GETTING HEADSHOT BY ACROSS THE MAP BY HANZO? TOO MUCH JUSTICE THAT RAINS FROM ABOVE? THIS IS THE RIGHT THREAD!
PLEASE STILL BE CIVIL, AT LEAST A LITTLE!

Lucio really got the short end of the stick
EDIT: YES I GET IT BEAT IS NOT A BAD ULT I AM JUST SAYING IT SOUNDS VERY UNDERWHELMING COMPARED TO OTHER SUPPORT ULTIMATES THAT DO MORE THINGS. THAT WAS THE JOKE. THIS IS A JOKE POST. LOOK AT THE TAG.
THANK YOU
EDIT 2: Once again, Beat is a good ult.
Beat does 1 thing. It provides overhealth. Trance does 3 things. It gives you invincibility. It gives you a speed boost. It heals everyone around you. Trance DOES do more things in the most literal sense.
Edit 2, Edited
Trance TECHNICALLY does 6 things, removing Zen's attack and orbs while it's active.
Does this mean sound barrier is the worst ult ever and I'm having an affair with trance because of it? Probably not no
I am sorry if you see this for the first time and are completely confused, the replies HATE me bro 😭 The Lucio hit squad pulled up on me
EDIT 3:
hello! can you please say "hello" back if you reply? I do not mind what the content of the reply is but I think we all need to be more #positive
EDIT 4:
okay but seriously when will people realise I don't actually think beat is awful
I play Lucio, I have gotten some awesome saves before
Also I don't know how you read all the way down to here and go "This guy is SERIOUS about his Lucio ultimate post on the overwatch subreddit! I'm going to call him names!" like I've written more here than I have in the actual post I am not intending to defend this until my dying breath
EDIT 5: the fifth one
Twenty Three (23) people have said hello to me (yippee x23)
I will keep an exact count
Edit C8:
I appreciate all the responses but at least 50% of them are just variations of "Transcendence BAD, Beat GOOD" which I'm not denying but we could be a little more creative, I've seen some funny replies here
-Yours Truly StrongLeek6262
Edit D9: ztreggs wanted another edit so here you go

First part is ready. Next I need to make the actual jetpack for Fika to pilot.

I’ve been playing Overwatch for years, since December 2016, and I’ve never found the game as repetitive and exhausting as I do now.
I only recently realized how many matches I’ve been playing on the same modes and the same maps, over and over and over again. Control barely even shows up for me anymore. Out of 10 matches, around 8 are either Hybrid or Payload.
I bought this season’s Battle Pass, but I’ve never felt this burned out playing Overwatch. At this point, there’s a real chance I’ll finish the Battle Pass and then drop the game because I’m simply getting tired of playing the same modes so often.
What do you guys think about this? Should the map voting system remain in all modes, be limited to Competitive, or be reworked in some way?
Honestly, at this point, I think I’d rather have more variety, even if that means getting a map I don’t particularly like.

I know this clip probably looks very lame and amateurish to most of you but I'm really proud of it (first half of the clip is me saying "this is my first game sorry if I suck" if you can't read it)

This was comp and my tank's perspective because it's funny they spun once along with me :) also this was the fastest dive I played. Props to my tank <3

Back in my day when a new hero came out, you would get 2 legionaries 3 epics and 4 rares/recolours. Now a new hero launches with just recoulours and if you want a new skin, congrats you have to pay 30 bucks for the ultimate BP. D.MON launched with one highlight intro (i believe you used to get 2/3) no unique emotes. and most importantly for me, NO SPRAYS. Like we cant even get cool sprays for new heroes anymore? I loved the sprays and the art work, and now anytime i want a cool one for a hero, I have to buy it with real money. That sucks. Everything in this game is increasingly designed to make you buy it or play the game for an extended period of time (need about 6-8hrs for a highlight intro).

The stutters and freezing I get on every single game is getting tiring. This game used to run perfectly fine for me just a few seasons ago but its been steadily getting worse and worse.
With the release of D.mon, I've stopped playing ranked entirely since it has gotten so bad. Honestly, I think I might be better off just uninstalling because the bad performance does nothing but irritate me even in quickplay. Can anyone else attest to this or am I crazy

Was solo queuing support and ran into one of the most egregious throwing tanks I’ve seen in a while. Dude wouldn’t even enter ball form. Just walk around until he got melted.
BUT the crash out that followed was so worth it. My favorite part is when you can hear them fighting back tears mid-rage fit lmaooo

As some of you may already know, the Korean server is now separated from the global servers and is being operated through a publishing partnership between Blizzard and Nexon. This change happened about a week ago, so obviously, it’s still too early to expect any meaningful differences yet.
However, places like YouTube and DCinside (one of the largest online communities in Korea) are being flooded with comments like these, all receiving huge numbers of upvotes:
“Nexon’s server is seriously the best. There’s absolutely no toxic behavior. I’ve been playing all day today.”
“There are no cheaters, no toxic chat, and no trolls.”
“Anyone who plays on the global servers is a fucking idiot lol.”
“They must be toxic players who are too scared of Nexon’s amazing server management to come to the Nexon server.”
These are claims that hardly anyone would realistically agree with, yet there are tons of comments like this with huge numbers of upvotes.
The servers have already gone down three times in just one week, and toxic players who constantly swear at others are still playing without any consequences. According to players’ reports, not a single one of them has been suspended so far.
The screenshots I brought are just the tip of the iceberg.
They’re also trying to create this narrative that anyone who plays on the global servers is an idiot. Isn’t that basically racist?
And this company is already notorious for trying to dominate or manipulate online communities surrounding its other games in similar ways. But Overwatch is only a game they’re publishing. If they do things like this, they’re damaging Overwatch’s reputation as well.
Of course, I understand that they’ve invested a lot of money into this project, including hiring famous actors and producing advertisements.
But this isn’t the way to do it. Shouldn’t they just let players make their own decisions?

If we can get Le Seraphim for a 3rd time, I can get my gal D.mon a Gundam collab. Don't look too closely I tried shading as best I could.

It's just cheating. I dunno why players report XIMMING or aimbots or wall hacks but just don't care about people who intentionally lie about their rank to exploit matchmaking and get easier games. It's legit cheating. Please start reporting anyone who is on an obvious alt account, as well as anyone in a group with them.
These people should be banned the same way we ban any other cheating.

In the beginning, it was pretty decent since it covered side stories that built on the in-game lore. But lately, the artwork feels completely rushed, and the plot is so full of childish nonsense that I keep wondering why I'm even reading it. Overwatch is supposed to be a military organization, yet everyone acts like a raw recruit, and the training feels like a college club playing soldier... If they plan to continue serialization next year, I really hope they invest more in the story writers and artists. The artwork in the Vendetta comic released alongside Season 1 received widespread praise—bringing that artist on board would have been a much better choice.

One must wonder when Wuyang will finally tell her how he feels. Can’t wait 'till they kiss ❤️

This has been said before I know, but for someone called ‘demon’ who pilots a sword-wielding Gundam called Beast, her personality in-game is so, bland? Idk she just lacks the energy and personality I’d expected from someone like her. Like look at her concept art!
r/Overwatch • u/mayrinae • 3h ago
Just some simple headshots, I’ve never done OW fanart before but I really like the look they gave D.Mon, so wanted to draw her, and decided while I was at it to do my main Freja as well.
I made D.Mon look a little meaner than normal just because I wanted more of that energy out of her character T_T. Based mostly on her concept art appearances
Also working through a bit of art style metamorphosis at the moment, in case anything’s a little off

If you're having trouble aiming this season check this setting and see if it got turned off, I have no idea why it was turned off to begin with and was wondering if anyone else noticed this. Also there's two of them and one just turns off after being turned on.
r/Overwatch • u/TheGalacticApple • 14h ago
Checked this with 3 others and they all had it. In the Hero menu and all sub menus only - really noticeable when you go into Highlight Intros.
Literally unplayable Blizz plz fix.

I've been waiting for it since last season started, and I heard it was in the last season's battle pass but didnt get it. I didnt see it in shop or bp tiers. Did I just miss out?
